Dear Deborah, the pool is indeed the place to be when it gets warm! The cooling breeze and beautiful views makes this the best spot on our property. We are glad you liked the layout of the trullo and that you made use of our BBQ to cook fresh fish from the fish monger in Ceglie. Ceglie is indeed famous for its gastronomy, especially the Seppunisi dairy farm down the road for cheese, fresh mozzarella and burrata, a specialty of the region! We are also glad you appreciated the info pack we sent about the property and region before you arrived.
