"Friends on the Beach" ist eine Strandwohnung am One Seagrove Place. Wir freuen uns sehr über raumhohe Glasschiebetüren und wissen, dass unsere Gäste ihren Aufenthalt mit der großartigen Aussicht von unserer 8. Etage aus noch mehr genießen werden. Wir haben neu gestrichen und neue Küchenutensilien und andere Artikel hinzugefügt, die angefordert wurden.

Erschwinglicher Luxus am Strand im wunderschönen Seagrove Beach mit großartiger Aussicht in einem der nur 2 "Hochhaus" -Komplexe am Highway 30a. Wenn Sie schon einmal in Seagrove waren, dann kennen Sie den Charme und die Schönheit, die sowohl am Strand als auch entlang des Scenic Highway 30A zu finden sind. Bleib hier und genieße beides.

"Friends on the Beach" ist eine 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder Wohnung am Strand in der 8. Etage, die Platz für bis zu 8 Personen bietet und mit allen Fliesen renoviert wurde. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und im Herzen von Seagrove Beach zwischen dem Seaside / Water Sound und Rosemary Entwicklungen.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit Granitoberflächen, einem 42-Zoll-Plasma-TV und besonderen Annehmlichkeiten, die andere nicht bieten. Extras wie Pack and Play, Hochstühle, X-Box mit Spielen, Plasma-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Flachbildfernseher in den Schlafzimmern, um nur einige zu nennen. Wir wissen, dass viele von Ihnen von weit her kommen und nicht alle Dinge packen können, die Sie möchten, um den Aufenthalt Ihrer Familie einfach und erfüllend zu gestalten. Jetzt müssen Sie nicht mehr - wir haben an alles bis auf die Gewürze gedacht. Wir haben unseren Mietern zugehört und bieten Ihnen so viel wie möglich an, wenn Sie bei uns mieten.

Sie haben 3 Fernseher mit angeschlossenem DVD-Player. Wir haben sogar viele DVD-Titel für Kinder und Erwachsene sowie Brett- und Kartenspiele für diesen regnerischen Tag, der gelegentlich vorkommt.

Wenn das nicht genug ist, bleiben Sie mit der Welt außerhalb dieses erholsamen Rückzugsortes am Strand in Verbindung. Bringen Sie Ihren Laptop mit und nutzen Sie unseren WLAN-Service.

Sie sehen, wir waren auch Mieter auf einmal und wir wissen, was Sie gerne hätten, wenn Sie in die Wohnung kommen. Wir glauben, dass Sie dies Jahr für Jahr zurückbringen wird. Enjoyed this property

This was our first stay in the area and we loved it. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kids room was perfect for my 3 boys. Getting everything to and from the beach each day was made super easy with the boardwalk ramp. We use wagons so it was nice not having to lift them up and down stairs. We really enjoyed Brozzini’s pizza right across the street. Will definitely return.

Ideal Stay in Seagrove Beach!

We had a terrific week at One Seagrove Place. The property had everything we needed for our group of five (3 adults and 2 children). The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and the quieter, family-friendly Seagrove beach atmosphere was just what we had hoped it would be.

Absolutely wonderful vacation

Aside from the renovations to up grade the property, We truly enjoyed this trip more than any other. John and team are always eager to accommodate any needs that may come up. Location of property is a great positive, ON the Beach!! Restaurants across the street. (5) minute drive to main town amenities.

There is no other way to go but to be right on the beach is. Everyone morning the view of the Gulf was incredible and the location along 30A wonderful!

We had a wonderful view and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and great access to renting bikes, golf carts, souvenir shops, ice cream shops and dinner options. Access to the beach was perfect. There is no ramp so if you are taking a wagon or stroller you will have to carry it over the steps to the beach. Plan to get up by 6 am to reserved your spot on the beach because it is located next to a public beach access. We will be renting again in the future and had a great experience.

Convenient location to Seaside and 30-A

Beautiful views, nice pool, pleasant staff, ample bike and vehicle parking, reliable elevators (21 floors!). Sand seems to be everywhere, even more so than stays at other locations on 30-A. Furniture was adequate, appliances good. Minor updates and a few more storage items in kitchen would make this a 5.

Location was great

Comfortable and convenient. The beach is beautiful. The condo fit all our needs and overall great stay. My only suggestion is to swap out the bed skirt. Many of the reviews I read shared the place could be cleaner; the place itself was fine but things like the badly stained (I hope stained) bed skirt gives an overall poor impression that may be true for the condo.

Loved "Friends on the Beach"

After spending a 3 days in Amelia Island, my wife and I agreed it was time to go back to One Seagrove Place. We contacted the owners of FOB and found it to be available for June 16-19th. The condo is so wonderful and inviting for people who just love OSP. The feeling of home we had as soon as we walked in was much appreciated. Great location, well equipped, Gulf front condo

We love staying at One Seagrove Place! Both the primary bedroom and the open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room are Gulf front. My husband and I both love to cook and the layout permits us to cook together because of the countertop between the kitchen and dining area. Easy walk down the walkway to the beach. Next door to seafood market and across the street from restaurants. The property manager was very forthright and easy to communicate with. We will stay here again!

A little dated. Molded shower curtain liners and dirty cooking pans so we didn’t use them. Also this is on a public beach so not very relaxing . But we still had an overall wonderful time.

Great View and Location...

This is an excellent property at One Seagrove Place for your family to spend some beach time. Great location, easy walk, or a short bike ride to Seaside for some fun or just across the street for some seafood or pizza. Fantastic view of the gulf and the pretty white sandy beach. The unit comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach, which is very nice making it easy to just go down and relax in the sand and hear the waves. The unit has all you need for a week-long stay. Will rent again next time on 30-A!

Holy Happiness

We had never stayed at One Seagrove Place before...and it did not disappoint. We loved the view and were very pleased with how easy it was for my kids to be "safe" and still get some freedom. We would let them go to the pool alone (13 and 10) but could quickly check on them periodically. We biked, ate lots of food, and enjoyed being nextdoor to Goatfeathers!!! Although you can't technically take "weather" into a rating, our weather last week was PERFECT every single day!!! It was an amazing trip...and we will absolutely be back!!!

Great location, fantastic views!

We really enjoyed our stay at One Seagrove Place and being on the 8th floor was perfect for us, as we were away from the crowds enough and yet we could also run down the stairs if we wanted a little extra exercise! The beach does get crowded and you need to be out there early in the AM to secure a beach chair service, (there were literally people out there watching the sunrise so they could get a front row of chairs when the chair service came and set up!). But you can also go to the left or right and put down your own chairs, which is what we did and slept in until 8AM! Loved being there and property manager was quick to respond and polite as ever! Well decorated with a nice coastal feel and the balcony was our go-to hang out place. Just wonderful!

Great location

It was a perfect location! I would recommend a little more cleanliness under furniture and the sliding screens doors didn't work well. I think when traveling to a vrbo it's nice not to have to stock everything in a kitchen, such a basics for cooking(seasonings paper plates) , bathroom toilet paper and towels along with beach towels. There is a washer and dryer but no laundry soap, again didn't. Know that so we had nothing to wash clothes or towels. When staying for a week or less purchasing those things are inconvenient when we flew here. The condo had great space and friendly desk staff. Love FL and we'll be back.

Not as expected

Entrance and parking were under construction— should have been told. Have trouble walking so was extremely difficult coming and going from the property . Condo is probably smallest we have stayed in. Sadly needed upgrade. Entrance door handle is extremely loose and glass doors and mirrors not cleaned properly. So sorry to leave this discouraging review, but just wasn’t up to condos where we usually stay.

30A did not disappoint. Paradise found!

The online pictures had kitchen appliances that were no where to be found. A big disappointment since we had brought food from Indiana specifically for the counter roaster for the small children. Never been to a beach that had that much competition for a space on the beach. There were people putting up tents and seating out chairs way before daylight. By 8:00 am the whole length of the shoreline property was One long line of chairs. Probably 30-40 chairs in a row. Stupid crowded. We will consider a smaller condo building next time. Overall the 43 of us that came from southern Indiana and Louisville had a good time.

Beautiful beach views from the 8th floor balcony. This is the only highrise on HWY 30A and there will never be another one built. Yet in 2023 the complex went through an amazing renovation and added a new parking lot. High speed elevators were installed and the complex is now beautiful and welcoming. Come and see what has been done.
