"Friends on the Beach" ist eine Strandwohnung am One Seagrove Place. Wir freuen uns sehr über raumhohe Glasschiebetüren und wissen, dass unsere Gäste ihren Aufenthalt mit der großartigen Aussicht von unserer 8. Etage aus noch mehr genießen werden. Wir haben neu gestrichen und neue Küchenutensilien und andere Artikel hinzugefügt, die angefordert wurden.

Erschwinglicher Luxus am Strand im wunderschönen Seagrove Beach mit großartiger Aussicht in einem der nur 2 "Hochhaus" -Komplexe am Highway 30a. Wenn Sie schon einmal in Seagrove waren, dann kennen Sie den Charme und die Schönheit, die sowohl am Strand als auch entlang des Scenic Highway 30A zu finden sind. Bleib hier und genieße beides.

"Friends on the Beach" ist eine 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder Wohnung am Strand in der 8. Etage, die Platz für bis zu 8 Personen bietet und mit allen Fliesen renoviert wurde. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und im Herzen von Seagrove Beach zwischen dem Seaside / Water Sound und Rosemary Entwicklungen.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit Granitoberflächen, einem 42-Zoll-Plasma-TV und besonderen Annehmlichkeiten, die andere nicht bieten. Extras wie Pack and Play, Hochstühle, X-Box mit Spielen, Plasma-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Flachbildfernseher in den Schlafzimmern, um nur einige zu nennen. Wir wissen, dass viele von Ihnen von weit her kommen und nicht alle Dinge packen können, die Sie möchten, um den Aufenthalt Ihrer Familie einfach und erfüllend zu gestalten. Jetzt müssen Sie nicht mehr - wir haben an alles bis auf die Gewürze gedacht. Wir haben unseren Mietern zugehört und bieten Ihnen so viel wie möglich an, wenn Sie bei uns mieten.

Sie haben 3 Fernseher mit angeschlossenem DVD-Player. Wir haben sogar viele DVD-Titel für Kinder und Erwachsene sowie Brett- und Kartenspiele für diesen regnerischen Tag, der gelegentlich vorkommt.

Wenn das nicht genug ist, bleiben Sie mit der Welt außerhalb dieses erholsamen Rückzugsortes am Strand in Verbindung. Bringen Sie Ihren Laptop mit und nutzen Sie unseren WLAN-Service.

The tile was dated and looked like it could use a good scrubbing. The looked worn. The linens were clean and the keyless entry was grate. Would recommend to friends or family while noting the items above.

Overall condo was good, but floors were not clean. We had to wear shoes inside to keep odor feet from being black from the floors. Sinks in bathrooms weren’t clean. Red rings in the drain and hair was still in the drain of master shower. That was the only issue we had. Otherwise it was a great stay. Having the complimentary beach chair were a plus.

unfortunately there’s one thing that doesn’t show up in pictures and that is whether the unit is well cleaned or not. sadly this unit did not meet expectations due to this neglect.kitchen cookware was adequate but all items in cabinets placed randomly and disorganized; who lines cabinets with paper towels? ick. we felt the need to wash everything before it’s use. thankfully the bathrooms had newly upgraded showers/bathtubs so there was no mildew. phew.

Great Stay

We love 30A & have been coming since 1993. This location is perfect for biking to Seaside or driving up to the Rosemary area. Unit suited our family well & had everything we needed. Having the beach chairs & umbrella was a nice bonus.

Enjoyed this property

This was our first stay in the area and we loved it. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kids room was perfect for my 3 boys. Getting everything to and from the beach each day was made super easy with the boardwalk ramp. We use wagons so it was nice not having to lift them up and down stairs. We really enjoyed Brozzini’s pizza right across the street. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at One Seagrove Place with amazing views!! The location is ideal with such easy access to the beach, pool, and some restaurants. We only used our car one time during the week to drive to Destin. The kitchen, bathrooms (nice renovation!), and linens were clean and beds slept well. The furnishings are adequate but could use some updating. The small kitchen is decently stocked for cooking. The condo is quite small but worked for our party of 3 - 6 would be a stretch. Everything worked well so we had no need for assistance from property management, but we had a question and they responded promptly. Important to know that the beach area while convenient is public so therefore pretty packed. It’s not managements fault though - local ordinances severely restrict access along the beach now.

Wonderful location!

We just spent the last 6 days at One Seagrove and had a great time! The condo was perfect…..beautiful view of the ocean & beach and close to Seaside. The area is very safe and we felt comfortable letting our 14 year old daughter and her friend ride bikes by themselves. We will definitely visit again and hope to stay at the condo! Thank you

Great Location!

My family had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic. I always prefer being on the beach and this was perfect. The elevators were incredibly fast and we rarely had to wait long. The distance to Seaside was only about 2 miles so we rented bikes that are conveniently located in the condo parking lot and rode to Seaside. This was way better than trying to find parking there which is a little pricey. The bikes also gave my teenagers the freedom to ride around and meet with friends that were also staying in the area. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great. We would definitely stay here again!

Just as advertised!

The property was just fantastic. The beachfront on 30A is usually very expensive, but this is reasonable and perfect for two couples, such as we were. With the bunk beds, the unit would be ideal for kids, too. You are right in the middle of everything on Highway 30A in Seagrove. Parking was close, and we had two cars, which was no problem. The lobby was lovely, and the elevators were fast and easy to get down. We took the steps once, which wasn't too bad. The beach is excellent and right there at the end of the steps. We will be back to stay again. Daniel

Spectacular View!

The first thing you see when you walk through the door is an incredible view of the Gulf's bright blue water spreading out to the horizon. Amazing. Jon is an extremely responsive, helpful host--and the unit has everything you need, including a wide variety of beach gear. Seagrove Place did a nice job on the recent renovation, and it now offers convenient on-site bike rentals. Very minor negative was the ceiling fans were a bit dusty. Not a big deal. And when you consider everything this unit has to offer, it's really hard to beat for the money.

Location, location, location

Overall our stay was great. We were on the beach and in close proximity to multiple shops and restaurants. There was a small issue we addressed with the property manager as soon as we arrived and it was handled immediately and I was called personally and apologized to. You don’t get that many places. Other than maybe updating some older decor and maybe figuring out a way to accommodate a little more storage space (ie for a pantry) the condo was perfect for us. The view was great. The pool was small but the area was clean and well kept and the staff was helpful and courteous.

A little dated. Molded shower curtain liners and dirty cooking pans so we didn’t use them. Also this is on a public beach so not very relaxing . But we still had an overall wonderful time.

We had a wonderful view and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and great access to renting bikes, golf carts, souvenir shops, ice cream shops and dinner options. Access to the beach was perfect. There is no ramp so if you are taking a wagon or stroller you will have to carry it over the steps to the beach. Plan to get up by 6 am to reserved your spot on the beach because it is located next to a public beach access. We will be renting again in the future and had a great experience.

Seagrove vacation

The condo was not as expected. It needed a lot of updating. There was an odor in the condo. The fan in the bedroom with the king bed, you could not turn it off. We had an issue with the tv in the living room. It would have been helpful if there were instructions for the tv. The view was exceptional! Only one elevator that was working.

We very much enjoyed the property primarily the location being right on the beach. The beach is always beautiful. Had 13yo x2 and 16yo xyo were able to bike around town. Condo complex always had parking open which I worried about next to a public beach access. Reassuring to have 24hr in house security and concierge during the day. Front staff even gave us a list of local restaurants. Unit was clean but some of the furniture was dated and could use a fresh coat of paint. The area rug needs to be replaced - it was sad and dirty. The dishes were miss matched and baking dishes/bowls were sparce. I expect rentals to have amenities close if not better than the owner would have in their home. I would recommend this unit and would rent it again but it could be a better experience with a few small upgrades.

Ideal Stay in Seagrove Beach!

We had a terrific week at One Seagrove Place. The property had everything we needed for our group of five (3 adults and 2 children). The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and the quieter, family-friendly Seagrove beach atmosphere was just what we had hoped it would be.

Comfortable Stay with Views, Room for Minor Improvements

We recently spent a week at this property and were captivated by the amazing views and the overall niceness of the place. Its convenient location made our stay even more enjoyable, as everything we needed was just a stone's throw away. We did face a couple of setbacks; one of the elevators was non-operational, and the deck leading to the pool was inaccessible for most of our stay. While these were slight inconveniences, they didn’t overshadow our overall experience. We felt that the cleanliness could have been a notch higher upon our arrival, and it seems the property might need some updates in the near future. However, these aspects didn't detract significantly from our stay. The property met our basic needs and provided a comfortable base for our adventures. Overall, we had a good time and would consider returning in the future.

Beautiful beach views from the 8th floor balcony. This is the only highrise on HWY 30A and there will never be another one built. Yet in 2023 the complex went through an amazing renovation and added a new parking lot. High speed elevators were installed and the complex is now beautiful and welcoming. Come and see what has been done.
