Absolut die beste Golf-Front-Wohnung in Seagrove. Treten Sie auf den privaten Balkon und ein paar Stufen zum Sand hinunter. Diese schöne, gepflegte Anlage am Strand bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen als Gruppe oder zum Verweilen in der Welle vor dem Fenster. Diese Ferienwohnung bietet von März bis Oktober einen Strandservice mit 2 Stühlen und 1 Sonnenschirm, der täglich von einem Strandwächter ohne Aufpreis für Sie aufgestellt wird.

Dies ist ein Drei-Bett, 3 Bad, im zweiten Stock Wohnung für 8 Personen. Es verfügt über eine geräumige Master-Suite mit bequemem Kingsize-Bett. Das große luxuriöse Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine separate Dusche und eine Gartenbadewanne. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten (1 Zweibettzimmer, 1 Zweibettzimmer). Das Bad steht direkt zur Verfügung und dient auch als Gästebad. Das Wohnzimmer, der Essbereich und die Küche sind offen und bieten überall einen herrlichen Blick auf die wunderschöne Küste von Emerald. Dieser Komplex ist umzäunt, um zu verhindern, dass andere den Strandbereich überschwemmen. Der Komplex liegt günstig zu vielen Geschäften und Restaurants, aber nicht im Chaos von allem. Wenn Sie wirklich nach einem tollen Urlaubserlebnis suchen, können Sie nichts falsch machen.

We had a great time at this house and the views were amazing of the ocean! This was the first time that we have been to the beach at this time of year. It was never hot and there were no lines while we still enjoyed every afternoon in the sun on the beach!

Beautiful View - Not Baby/Toddler Friendly

We recently stayed at Sugar Sands with 4 adults and 2 kids. The view from the balcony and private parking in a garage unit were great features. The access to the beach from the balcony was a plus, so that sand did not get tracked in the unit. The things that I would keep in mind if considering booking this unit is that there are stairs to access it. It took many trips to the car and back, up and down the stairs, to carry in luggage and groceries. I wish the balcony felt a little bit more private from other units, but you give up the privacy for the direct beach access. One thing that we noticed was that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. Our 10 month old, who was crawling, found multiple small toys and puzzle pieces on the floor that could have been cleaned up with a proper vacuum or broom of the area. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. One rule that we wished would have been more clear were the condo's beach rules. The rules state that no tents or canopies are allowed, however, we were not even able to set up a small pack and play for our 10 month old at the beach. I would travel to this unit again with adults, but it was not set up to be kid friendly, especially for toddlers and babies. I would recommend revising the guidelines for the rental and stating that ONLY chairs and umbrellas are allowed on the beach and absolutely no baby equipment so that other parents don't end up in our situation and have to go to a different beach spot to ensure their kids safety.

This condo is beautiful & the large balcony was wonderful. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Stunning views from inside with all of the windows. But there were 2 issues: the toilet in the hall bathroom had dried “stuff” in it. Which was not good. The second issue was that there is a loud almost something turning on & running loudly noise 24/7. It comes on every 40 seconds & makes the sound for 10 seconds. It is very loud in the queen bedroom & the master bedroom & bathroom. Making it very difficult to sleep. Due to this I cannot give a 5 star rating.

Beach Treasure

Wow. What a great, clean, and spacious beachfront property. We were literally on the beach and could walk out the sliding glass door, then a few steps and, BAM, you are on the beach. I've rented tons of properties in teh are for decades and this was by far the cleanest, best view and best management out of them all. It is close to Seaside but quite and not inundated with all the crowds. The condition of the condo is very clean and well kept. The kitchen was overstock and literally had everything you could ever need for any kind of meal. They have 3x more kitchen items than my personal home does. Beach Luxury Vacations check in process was simple. I would definitely recommend this condo and their management to anyone for a get away.

Thank you for opening your home to us for the week -- it is absolutely beautiful, impeccably furnished, and has the most well-equipped kitchen of any rental we've ever experienced. Nice week and it’s very clean

The condo is actually clean way better than most. It was late February but the beach is kind of different with it being private with not much people watching as it feels like a ghost town on the beach.

Lovely place but not well managed

The property was well appointed and the view and proximity to the beach spectacular. Our only issue with the condo itself was the guest queen room. There was a clicking/swooshing noise that clicked on and off throughout the night, so much so that my daughter & son-in-law had to sleep in the twin bunk room. Also, there was no beach chair umbrella service. I reached out to the office and it took two days/ three tries to get a response. I was told by the person who answered that Spyglass had stopped service mid-October without telling them, that she had been working on finding a replacement service and that someone would be out early the next morning to set up for us…and that we would receive a $100 credit (maybe that will happen today?) The next day just before 11am the property manager showed up with two folding chairs at our front door and no umbrella…and he never apologized or tried to make the situation right…he just blamed Spyglass and went on his way. All that said, it was a lovely place, just not well managed.

Nice and spacious

We really enjoyed staying at this place. It was important to me to be able to park my car in the garage and store rental bikes and paddle boards. Access to the beach was easy. The view is amazing and there is plenty of space for extra guests.

Can't beat this access to the beach

We have stayed at this property several times for a winter beach weekend. Love the view, love being able to walk right out to the beach, and love the porch/deck - the furniture is comfortable, and the set-up blocks the wind. It's clear that the owner is committed to keeping it updated - we notice updates and changes every time we stay here. Will definitely be back!
