We're sorry to hear about your concerns regarding a musty smell during your visit. Had we been made aware of this during your stay, we would have responded immediately to investigate and address the issue. We personally inspected the property before and after your visit and did not detect any unusual odors. We also checked with our current guests, who have not reported or noticed any musty smell. Regarding the televisions, all of the TVs in the home are flat-screen units. We apologize if some of them not being smart TVs caused any inconvenience during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.
