We had the BEST stay here.. this condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, it was very clean, very comfortable, and very convenient in location to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The beach view from the balcony was amazing, our morning ritual was to get our coffee and go sit out there to watch the sun rises, we even enjoyed breakfast out there a couple times- I could’ve sat out there for hours. Chris & Lori were fantastic hosts, they provided very detailed check in instructions, as well as check out instructions, they also reached out occasionally to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We will definitely come back and book with them again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The condo directly overlooked the beach. It could not have been easier to walk from the condo to the beach -- literally just walked around the building and you were there. The condo was large, very clean, and extremely comfortable. My wife loved watching the sunrise from the seating on the balcony. The location was perfect -- quiet and peaceful,, but within five minutes of great restaurants and morning coffee. Our host Christopher was great -- incredibly responsible and always available to answer any questions that might arise. All told, we had a great time in South Padre Island and can't wait to visit again.

Host was outstanding and always available to answer any questions. Property was beautiful! We started every day with coffee on the balcony watching the waves crash on the beach.

Our condo in South Padre was amazing & perfect for our family of 5! Our hosts, Chris & Lori, were great - very attentive & quick to respond. The condo had great views of the gulf & plenty of room for all 5 of us (kids 16,14, 11). The complex is extremely clean and very convenient location wise on the island. I would strongly recommend this condo, our hosts, & South Padre Island!

Direct beech view. Fantastic condo that was very clean and all the comforts of home. Chris, the owner maintained fantastic communication with us before, during and after our stay. This place, and the host deserve more than 5 stars. We will be back.

Great communication!Chris was great with making sure we were comfortable and got there okay.He checked in via text during our stay just in case we needed anything from him.Very clear instructions on how to get to the condo and check in.I could tell he really cared about us enjoying the stay even let us know when the place was ready for us incase we arrived early. Amazing ocean and beach view, very clean and updated condo couldn’t have asked for more!

Everything was awesome! Location was perfect and the host was very accommodating. The condo and the ground are immaculate. Would definitely reccomend and will for sure return again!

This is our second time staying in this condo and we absolutely love it! It was very clean, had tons of amenities and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Very nice owners and responsive to questions or concerns. We will definitely be staying here again!

Chris and Lori are from the Midwest with 2 adult children. We love spending time on South Padre Island and enjoying the ocean breezes and beautiful beach access out the front door. One of our favorite things to do is watch the sun rise from our balcony while sipping some home brewed coffee.

We've owned other property on SPI and find Suntide II to have it all. Great views of the beach & Ocean from the balcony, high ceilings, fully remodeled inside and convenient location to groceries, bars and restaurants.
