Great place to stay. The place was clean and bright. The beach was close. You could view sunrise from the deck and sunset from the entrance of the condo. I will certainly consider this place again if we should come back to SPI again.

Our condo in South Padre was amazing & perfect for our family of 5! Our hosts, Chris & Lori, were great - very attentive & quick to respond. The condo had great views of the gulf & plenty of room for all 5 of us (kids 16,14, 11). The complex is extremely clean and very convenient location wise on the island. I would strongly recommend this condo, our hosts, & South Padre Island!

Great communication!Chris was great with making sure we were comfortable and got there okay.He checked in via text during our stay just in case we needed anything from him.Very clear instructions on how to get to the condo and check in.I could tell he really cared about us enjoying the stay even let us know when the place was ready for us incase we arrived early. Amazing ocean and beach view, very clean and updated condo couldn’t have asked for more!

This is my favorite unit to stay in when in South Padre Island. It is clean, has all the kitchenware needed to cook full meals (like Tuscan Pork Chops). The view couldn't be any better.

We had a great time staying here. We had coffee on the balcony and watched the waves every morning. We went to the beach pool and hot tub daily. Everything was close and easy to walk to. We were able to walk to restaurants as well. Everyone was super friendly and we had a great time!

Exactly as advertised! Had everything we needed, and the view was ideal. Easy beach access, wonderful breeze, and great birding opportunities from the balcony. Hosts were communicative and hospitable. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Check in was smooth. Condo was beautiful and had private access to the beach. It was close to restaurants, stores and a lot of fun activities. The owners were amazing, communicative. Instructions were clear and our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Great property, exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with any thing you could need, everything was in working order, the AC was super cold and the view was to die for! Highly recommend!!

Chris and Lori are from the Midwest with 2 adult children. We love spending time on South Padre Island and enjoying the ocean breezes and beautiful beach access out the front door. One of our favorite things to do is watch the sun rise from our balcony while sipping some home brewed coffee.
