This was the perfect stay for us! Right on the beach, super clean, spacious, close to everything and truly direct beach access! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with! The WiFi worked well, shower pressure was good, there’s a washer and dryer that seemed new, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, etc etc. The balcony was big, opened to the living room and main bedroom and a perfect view of the beach! Watching g the sunrise from the patio with a cup of coffee was excellent. We will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The sliding doors did not lock. I would like to stay there again, but I will only do so if the doors lock. The TV was not letting us go to other channels and we had to call for help. Apparently the cable box was not working with the TV so we had to use the TV app which meant using Wi-Fi. Signal was spotty and at one point TV went dark for about 20 minutes and then came back on. It would be helpful to have directions on how to navigate the TV. The technician showed us how to get to the cable guide. We could have done it ourselves if we had directions.Towel exchange happens off site at Padre Island Rentals. The towels in the unit were nice and clean. Some of the towels I got when I exchanged were stained and dingy and I had to ask them to replace them. Also, they don't open until 10. We did very much enjoy our stay.

This was the third time down to South Padre and our stay here at this condo was perfect!! The views of the ocean are so beautiful and we spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the ocean. Beautiful place!!

Views were amazing, the place was clean and had everything you might need for a wonderful stay. Beach access was so close and over all it was really quiet at night. Will definitely be staying again.

The unit was very nice. Only negatives were broken hot tub and kitchen sink had no hot water - seemed loose and faucet not working right.

Beach View Haven

Excellent location on Gulf Blvd. on a fifth floor perch that lent itself to lots of ocean viewing and waves watching. The condo was as advertised and did not disappoint. Good place for a week's stay in comfort.
