Daily Housekeeping is included in your reservation - every day from 08:00 - 14:00 (except Sundays).

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property. All indoor and outdoor areas of the villa are fully accessible to you, with no shared spaces.

Aerial Villa is a refined, multi-level retreat offering 500 m² of modern elegance. Designed for privacy and comfort, it hosts 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms and can welcome up to 14 with two additional folding beds.

Ground Floor
The main level features a sophisticated living space with designer furnishings, a 75" smart TV, and Bluetooth audio. The dining area seats 12, and the fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a wine cooler and air fryer. Two bedrooms, one king (convertible to twins) and one queen, offer en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool. An elevator connects all floors. 1,000 Mbps WiFi ensures seamless streaming and work.

First Floor
A scenic roof terrace with bean-bag loungers provides panoramic views. This level also includes a kitchenette, washer/dryer, and three stylish bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. A shared balcony overlooks the sea, city, and pool, while one bedroom features an additional sofa bed.

Second Floor
An attic-style bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom offers elevated privacy and charm.

Each bedroom includes a 32" TV, A/C, safety box, and mosquito screens.

Lower Level
A complete entertainment floor awaits with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, darts, 65" TV, PS4, board games, and bean-bag loungers. A folding bed accommodates an extra guest. A dedicated children’s zone and a compact fitness area, treadmill, mats, dumbbells, yoga gear, and CrossFit bands, add to the experience.

Outdoor Area (500 m²)
The highlight is the stunning 60 m² infinity-style pool (heated upon request) alongside a children’s hydromassage pool. Outside, you’ll find 8 sunbeds, umbrellas, a daybed, an outdoor WC and shower, and a BROIL KING gas BBQ with a prep area and fridge. A dining table for 12 and a relaxing lounge area create the perfect setting for gatherings. Parking is available for 3 cars, and the fully fenced property ensures complete privacy.
