Bedrooms & Bathrooms
With a pared-back, design-led interior, this luxury holiday home is as much a space for families as it is for creatives wanting a blue-sky thinking retreat. All the bedrooms boast 42’’ smart T.Vs, effortlessly and elegantly furnished , promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

Two of the bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor, lightened up with natural light from the windows. The former features one Queen size bed (1,60x2,00). There is also a bathroom located on the ground floor, featuring a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

The latter bedroom of the ground floor features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed, boasting en suite bathroom, that features a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

The further three bedrooms are located on the first floor, lightened up with natural light from the windows. The first features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed, boasting en suite bathroom, that features a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

A modernly designed staircase leads to an exceptional Attic type bedroom featuring one Queen size bed (1,60x2,00), for moments of total relaxation. This bedroom also boasts en suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin. For your outmost convenience, it also features a specially designed area, where one more guest can be accommodated in one folding bed.

The master bedroom of the Villa, features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed, lightened up with natural light from the windows and boasting amazing sea and countryside views. A celestial heaven of joy and relaxation. The bedroom also boasts en suite bathroom, featuring double sink and bathtub.

The Villa boasts five bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in one folding bed, located in the specially designed area, of the attic type bedroom on first floor. What’s more, one more guest can be accommodated in one folding bed located in the master bedroom.

Bonus: There is a hidden attic type room on the first floor that you need to discover. As kids, most of us have dreamed of having a secret place, creating a fairytale romance from even the most basic items. Floor to ceiling wood gives this room a lodge feel, while the design gives an air of fairytale romance.

Fairy tales are stories that made our childhood become more beautiful and full of magic. They made us believe that there are fantastic worlds or magic stories where evil is always defeated by good and took us to other lands where everything seemed so real and made our childhood become magic.

*This special designed bedroom with two single beds can accommodate two extra guests, adults or kids; it will make you become one of the protagonists of the story and feel like you live in a magic world.

Outside
TheTree Villa is set in 3000m2 of outstanding natural beauty, as well as a 230 m2 lawn covered area, with a 45 m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool with adjustable jet streams so as for you to train your swimming technique and build up your physical fitness. The swimming pool is embellished with a five seater whirlpool (heated) and a special children’s compartment (0,50 metres deep) & next to the pool there is a premium designed compartment with swim-up loungers. For an added touch of luxury, the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts is also the lounge area next to the pool with fire pit for endless hours of relaxation.

The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! An outdoor shower is also at your disposal. What’s more, BBQ facilities (charcoal), wooden oven, gas hobs, a fridge and sink are available outdoors, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple! An outdoor shaded dining area, sitting area and lounge area are there to welcome you, so as for you to enjoy your meals, morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish!

For families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. Outdoor toys are available for our younger guests, featuring a children’s house, a trampoline and a slide. A ping pong table is also available outdoors. Enjoy!

Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 80€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

For Relaxation
Return home to salute the day with a Gin&Tonic on the outdoor lounge area, watching the colours explode. When you can pull yourself away, don your walking shoes and tread the coast paths, or hop in the car for adventures further afield…where the fishing villages are authentic and beaches unspoilt.

There is free secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 4 cars with natural shade.
