Hosted by More Mountain, Chalet Le Stade is 280m2, set over two levels that offer spacious dining & entertaining space as well as 7 large ensuite bedrooms with balconies. Its size means it can take group sizes of up to 15 adults and families comfortably.

The Chalet overlooks the pistes and town centre making it the best location in Morzine. The Pleney Telecabine, the shops, bars and restaurants are all on the doorstep. There are 2 private indoor hot tubs and plenty of storage for bikes.

Chalet Le Stade is located right in the centre of Morzine, above Pleney Sports Ski Shop, right opposite the Pleney Telecabine where the Stade ski run meets the Tremplin. You can't get more central than this!

You are central to everything at this chalet. Morzine offers a huge number of activities for both winter and summer. Ideal for both Ski Holidays or Summer activity holidays. The Swimming pool is very close to the Chalet as are the Telecabines which give you access to both Avoriaz and Les Gets and Morzine.

Guests will have access to the whole chalet and a space in the garage to store bikes. The chalet is in a large building and occupies the second and third floors. The ground floor is a ski and bike hire shop and the first floor is our 7 person Petit Stade Apartment. The chalet and apartment share a private entrance separate from the shop.
Parking at the chalet is accessed by a car lift with a height limit of 2m. There are additional car parks close by at the Tourist Office and Joux Plane.

Chalet Le Stade is located in the heart of Morzine, a stones throw from the ski runs, restaurants and bars. The building also has its very own ski hire shop, Pleney Sports, and so ski hire and fitting services are on the doorstep.

Its enourmous size means group sizes of up to 16 adults fit very comfortably. You can easily seat everyone around the dining table and the lounge area features lots of comfy sofas with a fireplace and views of the mountains.

LAYOUT (280 metres sq.)

The chalet is split over 2 floors. The first level is on the 2nd floor and has 5 large ensuite bedrooms and a double spa room with 2 hot tubs. There is also a spare toilet and balconies off every bedroom.

The top level of the chalet features a large balcony that overlooks the Pleney slopes and a huge dining space with a large sociable rectangular table, seat up to 16 people very comfortably. There are two large seating areas around the fireplace and balcony views. There is an honesty bar, large flatscreen TV with XBox and a fabulous BOSE surround sound system.

The chalet is elongated in shape, and the bedrooms are located at the back of the property where it is quieter. The top level has 2 bedrooms with double height ceilings, one can be configured as a triple. Both have ensuites and balconies and all bedrooms are triple glazed with electric shutters.

The chalet has access to Pleney Sports Ski Shop - we have our own private heated ski locker and a boot and ski fitting service.

- Fully equipped kitchen includes lots of workspace, a huge centre island, induction hob, oven, microwave, a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine.
- Large balcony that overlooks the Pleney slope and Morzine Village, you are in the heart of the action.

- 5 spacious bedrooms all of which are ensuite.
- All bedrooms can be made up with 2 single beds or one king-sized double bed. We make the beds for your arrival with Egyptian cotton bed linen and provide a bath sheet and hand towel per person.
- Bedroom 4 has an extra bed meaning the chalet can sleep up to 15 people.
- We can also provide travel cots should your group need them.
- All the bedrooms have luxurious soft furnishings, triple glazed windows and shutters.
- Each bedroom also has Bose Speaker and hairdryer.
- Separate spa room with 2 hot tubs for relaxing after days on the mountain.

In Summer, this property is great for groups of Mountain Bikers - the perfect location opposite Le Pleney telecabine and with a large garage for bike storage and maintenance.

The Chalet is opposite the Pleney Telecabine and in the centre of town with the shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There are many ski buses available in winter, however, Chalet Le Stade is very close to everything so you can access all the town has to offer on foot.

We don't offer parking at the property as it is accessed via an awkward car lift, however, the garage can be used for bike storage.
