Chalet Le Pre, hosted by More Mountain, is a 250sq. metre chalet over 2 floors plus mezzanine. Featuring 5 ensuite bedrooms plus an extra quad bunk room, sleeping up to 14 guests. The large kitchen, living and dining areas are ideal for entertaining and family groups. Outside, you will find a huge terrace with hot tub, plus space for outdoor dining & a BBQ in Summer. The chalet is located just 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and is set in a private estate with fantastic mountain views.

Chalet Le Pre is in a secluded yet stunning location with incredible mountain views over Morzine and Pointe De Nyon. The town centre, and ski bus stops to Pleney and Avoriaz are less than 15 minutes walk. Set on a private road with views towards Nyon. Very quiet location.

Guests will have access to the whole chalet and the private garage to store bikes.

Chalet Le Pre is a brand new state of the art new build chalet. Set in an exclusive private estate, minutes from the centre of town and south facing, it boasts a secluded yet stunning position with incredible mountain views over the town and Pointe De Nyon. Just 400m from the door to the nearest ski bus stop, this chalet also works really well with our driver pick up and drop off service.

Le Pre is a stand alone property featuring its own private garden to the front and back, Outdoor Jacuzzi, off street parking and 5 x large ensuite bedrooms plus a generous Quad bunk room.

The main living space is on the top floor of the chalet which is at entrance level. There is a practical ski boot room and large entrance area which leads you to the vast living area. The living area is double height with exposed beams and large windows which show off the mountain views, sliding doors lead onto large wrap around balconies. You can't get much better for your morning coffee or evening Apero!

The lounge area has a cosy fireplace with plenty of comfy sofas and snug areas to chill out in. There is also a separate mezzanine TV area for the kids and teens with large flatscreen TV and chill out area for gaming.

The modern and contemporary kitchen features all mod cons with breakfast bar and merges into a light and airy dining space, with chunky tree trunk style dining table with comfy chairs and stunning lighting.

Outside there is a large deck area with Outdoor Jacuzzi / Hot Tub. In summer there is a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs and a separate seating area to watch the sunset.

There are 6 luxury bedrooms, all with an ensuite or private bathroom. The lower floor features 4 large double / twin ensuite bedrooms, all with access to the hot tub terrace. The upper level features a spacious family room with a staircase leading to a separate light and airy "Quad" bunk room which shares a family bathroom and also has access to another bathroom on the ground floor.

All rooms can be made a king-sized double beds or 2 singles. The lower floor features 4 bedrooms, all with private ensuite shower rooms and access outside to the terrace.

There is a separate utility /drying area with an additional WC as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample parking and secure enclosed Bike Storage.

- All bedrooms can be made up with 2 single beds or one king-sized double bed. We make the beds for your arrival with Egyptian cotton bed linen and provide a bath sheet and hand towel per person.
- We can also provide travel cots should your group need them.
- All the bedrooms have luxurious soft furnishings, double glazed windows and shutters.
- Each bedroom also has a hairdryer.

There is parking for 3 cars at the chalet. There is a free shuttle bus stop 400m from the Chalet and it is 500m walk to the nearest restaurant. As this property is located a little further from the centre of town we would highly recommend our Slope Transfer Service too.
