We are, however, sorry to learn that mosquitoes affected your stay. We would like to clarify that this is not a known issue specific to the apartment. During the summer months, Florence, like many European cities, experiences periods of unusually high temperatures and humidity, which can lead to an increased presence of mosquitoes throughout the city, even when windows are kept closed. Regarding the supplies provided, we would like to point out that our apartments are professionally managed holiday rentals rather than hotels or bed & breakfasts. In accordance with Italian regulations, we are unable to provide ongoing hotel-style services or amenities. For this reason, guests are provided with a complimentary welcome courtesy kit for their arrival, while additional items such as dish soap, paper towels, or extra toilet paper are intended to be purchased by guests during their stay. Waste disposal is also the responsibility of guests, as explained in our house information. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue to improve the experience we offer our guests.
