Our villa in the Kalkan Kalamar Region is a villa for 6 people with a sea view. Located close to the center, the villa is about 2 kilometers from the center and is also close to Kalamar Beach.

The villa is also close to places where you can meet your daily needs such as markets, restaurants, and is within walking distance.

The space
The necessary home and kitchen utensils you may need during the holiday are available in the villa. Modern household items have been used, taking into account the comfort of the guests.

For BBQ, there are facilities such as a BBQ area, table and chairs on the pool terrace. You can enjoy both BBQ and pool with a sea view.

The villa has three bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have double beds and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Bedrooms have their own room furniture, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

NOTE: Villa pricing is calculated over 7 nights. Fewer stays are allowed depending on the availability of the villa. However, for stays of less than 6 nights, a cleaning fee of 3,500 TL is charged in cash at the villa entrance.

NOTE: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is charged at the villa entrance. On the day of check-out, the deposit is refunded if there is no damage or loss after the villa checks.
