A fantastic villa in an amazing location. Just a short walk into the town centre and harbour. Also very close to a supermarket (with daily freshly baked pastries!)We loved catching the taxi boats to all the beach clubs, and the choice of restaurants in Kalkan was huge. Would definitely come again:

We had a fabulous stay in Villa Likya Evi. Communication before we arrived was brilliant, Lucy helped organise transport from the airport and gave us very detailed information and recommendations. She and Ridvan also helped arrange a grocery order to be delivered for our arrival, and were both very responsive to any queries. The villa is in a fabulous location, a short walk into town or down to Indigo and Cakil Beach Clubs (our favourite). The villa is spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortably furnished, with plenty of towels and beach towels. We appreciated the gift of beach towels, as well as daily fresh bread including a loaf made for us by the owner. We have visited Kalkan a few times and next time I will have no hesitation in booking this villa again, definitely our favourite.

We have travelled to Kalkan many times but this has to be the best located villa we have ever stayed in. The view was breathtaking and many a morning was spent on the balcony with a coffee (from the coffee machine) taking it all in - something you could never tire of!The villa was tastefully decorated and the master bedroom was beautiful. We were travelling with our kids so they were happy to take the twin rooms to the back of the property without the view but this might be something to consider if you were travelling with friends.If there is any downside it’s that the pool is quite small. However, it is pretty deep and we were able to dive in - it also has a jacuzzi function which was nice. The view from the poolside is also spectacular and ultimately, that is what you are paying for. It was lovely to sit out in the evening with a glass of something chilled and watch the sun go down over the bay.The walk to town was quick and easy avoiding many of the hills we have had to navigate in the past which would make it suitable for people with mobility issues or small children.We had good communication from the managers of the property without it being intrusive. Bread is delivered daily and they can also arrange for shopping to be delivered, which was great for our arrival, although basics were provided free.All in all, it was a wonderful stay in a beautifully appointed villa and we would definitely consider booking it again. Thank you Lucy and Rudi for having us!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in this beautiful villa. Its location was perfect with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Only a short walk into town where there are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. A lovely touch was the fresh bread that was delivered to us daily plus locally made towels for us to take home at the end of our stay. The management team were great too! Overall, a really relaxing holiday.

This is a wonderful villa in a great location. It's a 7 minute walk to the marina although is very hilly. The villa is clean and airy and the pool pleasantly warm. Kalkan offers much and the roof top restaurants and bars are delightful. Rudi (resort manager) was always on hand and very helpful. This was our first visit to Turkey and will not be our last. I can't recomend this villa enough.

Lovely villa within easy walk of restaurants and amenities

This property is lovely, the owner was very helpful and a lovely lady. We had a couple of problems usually with regard to the water supply but these problems were dealt with. the views from the villa are outstanding and you are not too close to the noise of the town. Overall we would book this villa again

Great couple of weeks

Lovely property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk into town and lovely villa with amazing views of the bay. The description on VRBO doesn’t really do it justice. We had a welcome hamper and a mid stay clean included (standard in Kalkan and a nice touch). Wonderful owner who dropped off freshly baked sourdough bread !

Amazing house

Fantastic house. As per some of the other reviews the pictures don’t actually do it justice. The pool is quite small but perfectly adequate and the house have unrestricted views of the bay means it has a breeze (which many don’t) and it’s a lovely place to sit at night. The stroll into town takes about 5 minutes.Would highly recommend.

A lovely villa, just a short walk to town. Views are amazing, particularly from the terrace, living areas and master bedroom. Although small, the plunge type pool was great for refreshing and 2.7m deep. The pool area had lots of loungers and a nice shaded dining table. Pool towels were provided, including three which were provided as a gift to take home. Mattresses were a bit hard for our liking. Kitchen was very well equipped and was great to have both a washing machine and separate dryer. There is also a safe in the master bedroom for valuables. Check in was easy and Ridvan was always just a message away if we needed anything. Internet and tv weren't working on arrival and, although they were dealt within a day, maybe something that should have been checked prior to guests arriving. Kalkan is a really nice and friendly place to holiday. The rooftop restaurants are lovely, albeit quite expensive. There are some less expensive options for those on a tight budget, but Kalkan generally quite an expensive place to stay. The Turkish people are amazingly friendly and helpful everywhere.

Absolutely top shelf!

This is an amazing, clean and comfortable villa with an ideal view of Kalkan harbor. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The private pool is perfectly maintained, and the patio areas give both shade and sun depending on where you sit or recline. The kitchen is fully equipped and located adjacent to the patio door. All in all, this is the best villa I have ever had to pleasure to rent, and I have rented many all over the world. You will be very glad you rented this villa.

Lovely Property but in need of some care

This is the 2nd time were have stayed in this villa. We noticed some deterioration in the overall look of the property and I even got stuck in the downstairs en-suite shower room when I tried to exit this room and the handle came out of its fitting and I was unable to get out of the shower room. I spent around 45 minutes locked in and eventually the whole handle and locking mechanism had to be removed which was never replaced whilst we were staying in the property so had a large hole in the door where the handle should have been. Apart from that incident the property served us well, we were a party of Mum, Dad, Son, Daughter in law and grandson and the property suited us well and was in close proximity to the restaurants and services in the town which is a beautiful location.

Beautiful villa walking distance from town

My husband, his parents and our baby stayed at the villa. The photos are very accurate and it has a lovely view and is bright white and clean. Great kitchen and two outside dinning facilities plus inside. Also small pool to take a dip in. We almost didn't book the place as there is only one double bed listed but the downstairs bedroom has wedges to connect two twin beds. Also a highchair and cot were provided for us and there is aircon throughout the house. I also recommend the location due to unobstructed views and easy walk to town in the August heat. Highly recommend for a week or two of relaxation.

Ideal family accommodation

This was a beautiful place in a great location just a short walks from the town centre but quiet enough not to be disturbed. The kitchen was really well equipped and the rooms and bathrooms were all lovely. We didn’t sit inside much but the space is great.
