A wonderful villa with lovely views and fabulous outside areas from which to enjoy the views. The check in process was smooth and effortless and we were made to feel very welcome. The villa manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions, the information left in the villa for taxi contacts and supermarket deliveries was great, the taxi service was amazingly quick and easy, the supermarket delivery was brilliant and arrived quickly with a smile! Fabulous villa - thank you.

We stayed 10 nights at Sea View Villa and had a fantastic holiday. The villa has stunning views, a beautiful infinity pool and great outside space for dining and relaxing. There were a few issues with broken items, however these were addressed by the efficient and friendly maintenance team very quickly. All of the bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and have lovely sea views and there is air conditioning throughout the villa. The overall impression of Sea view was that although it is slightly tired in places, it was great value for a stunning view and well equipped and clean villa in a good location. The centre of Kalkan is walkable in 20 minutes, but the roads are quite steep in places, so we tended to taxi back ( approx 300 TL one way). The host, manager and maintenance staff were all excellent with good, timely communication. I would definitely recommend Seaview for a holiday in Kalkan.

Fantastic villa, great views and helpful team.

We were a group of 10 adults - throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was well equipped, easy to find and only a 20 minute walk down to the harbour - we usually got inexpensive taxis back up the hill! The pool was a fantastic area for relaxing with deckchairs and umbrellas for all, and good air conditioning when sheltering from the heat. Very helpful resort team. Would come again!

Seaview Villa

Location gives beautiful views but it's a good 20-30 mins downhill to the town. Approx 5 taxi back up the hills!Villa has lots of stairs- to the ground floor, to the pool, to bedrooms on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.Property manager very helpful, had issues with outside lights timer and safe which were sorted.Showers and dishwasher were temperamental though we didn't report this. Front door a little tricky to use.Villa very clean, pool attended to daily and he also brought fresh bread and took away all rubbish. This Villa suited our family requirements perfectly and we would stay here again
