Well-equipped, lovely and clean accommodation, close to everything : Close to a lovely park and a 5-minute drive to the centre. Very nice and clean accommodation. Well-equipped kitchen. A shop is within walking distance – just a 1-minute walk. Easy parking right outside the house. For 3 nights, loud music could be heard from the nearby stadium.

Clean spacious and comfortable Positive: The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well

Clean spacious and comfortable : The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with kitchen necessities (we have cooked and baked no problem for the whole family, loads of dishes and cutlery) as well as cleaning stuff (vacuum, brooms etc). Easy self check-in and checkout due to clear instructions. Easy parking on the premises . Location on the outskirts of the city so it's rather quiet, but still nearest shop is 5 mins away by car. Overall highly recommended. It was not a problem for us, but it's good to know the apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift - can't recall if the description says so, probably yes, but I'm gonna point it out anyway.

Positive: Uma experiência de 5 estrelas! O alojamento é fantástico: moderno, espaçoso e com uma limp

A five-star experience! The accommodation is fantastic: modern, spacious and impeccably clean. What impressed us most was the attention to detail; the house is fully equipped with everything a family needs for a worry-free stay. We had three unforgettable days as a family! My husband, our two children and I were absolutely delighted with our stay at Urban House. We felt at home from the very first second: the decor is cosy, it is extremely comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were very comfortable and the check-in went smoothly. It is very well located as it is close to several points of interest. The location next to the Urban Park is a privilege, having that huge green space right next door was a dream for the kids to burn off energy safely. The apartment is very well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook and relax. It far exceeded our expectations and we already miss it. It is undoubtedly our new refuge in the Azores. We recommend it 100%!
