The kitchen includes everything you need: induction hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and wine glasses.Both bathrooms are modern, stylish, and renovated, each with a walk-in shower and elegant finishes.The apartment’s highlight is the private, quiet internal terrace, furnished with armchairs and a table - the ultimate retreat for enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply relaxing after a day of exploring Rome. TO KNOW- The apartment is located on the first floor and there is no elevator. Access is via an indoor spiral staircase.- Please inform us in advance of your arrival time in order to better organise check-in.- Copies of identity documents must be provided prior to arrival.- Parties are not allowed inside the flat.- Smoking is not allowed. Animals are not allowed.- The simultaneous use of several electrical appliances may, in some cases, cause a temporary interruption of the power supply.
