Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der spanischen Treppe in einem charmanten Gebäude aus der Mitte des Jahres 800 und besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, von denen eines völlig unabhängig von einem Zwischengeschoss mit eigenem Bad (mit Dusche) im Erdgeschoss ist. Der zweite im Zwischengeschoss über dem Wohnzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein großes Schlafsofa für 2 Personen. Es gibt ein zweites großes Badezimmer und eine komplett eingerichtete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Waschmaschine). Die Wohnung verfügt über autonome Heizung, kostenfreies WLAN, TV.
Die U-Bahnstation "Spagna" ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Taxistation befindet sich direkt am Gebäudeeingang.
Sie finden in der besten Roma-Gegend, wo Sie leicht alle berühmtesten Monumente, das Museum, erreichen können. Diese Gegend ist sehr berühmt für das schöne Geschäft und die elegante Firma (Valentino, Prada usw.)

This was a nice, roomy place- it was really nice having two bathrooms between the four of us. Kitchen was decent, AC was great, location is awesome. Very quiet and secure... we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Excellent apartment at the top of the Spanish steps. Big enough to accommodate our family including the extra beds in the loft space above the living room. AC worked well and is a nice luxury in summer.

The Best Location!

This place was spectacular. The light and roominess of the place was perfect for 5. The A/C’s worked so well on the hot days. It is literally, the closest apartment to the Spanish Steps. So perfect and there was an elevator down to the metro so we didn’t always have to take the steps. I don’t think you could do better in Rome. I highly recommend this place!!!

The location is great! There's a lot of shopping and restaurants within steps from the apt. We were able to walk to all the tourist destinations, with the farthest being 40 minutes way. The apt is spacious and large. The owner responds to emails quickly. Definitely recommend staying here for the location alone.

Campo Marzio was in a great location, right next to the Spanish steps. There is a queen-size bed in an upstairs bedroom, two twin beds in the loft, and two full bathrooms on the main floor. All bedrooms are up some stairs, there are no bedrooms on the main level. There are two love seat sized sofas (that do not pull out) on the main floor. This was a good fit for our family of 4. While it is a little dated, everything was in working order, clean, and comfortable. There is a small kitchen, washing machine, iron, and hair dryer. Euginia was very responsive and easy to work with. She helped us get transfers from the airport and gave us some great restaurant suggestions. Directions to enter the location were easy and there is a small elevator for luggage. It was difficult for me to see the numbers on the keypad to open the lockbox, as it is dark in the hallway and the numbers are very light. There was only 1 set of keys, it would have been nice to have two sets as we split up at times while touring.

Great location but curtains need repair, more bed pillows are needed (one per person isn’t enough) more blankets are needed that are laundered and the place needs to be cleaned out. Black mold on the tiles in green/ yellow bath. A/C works well after we cleaned the filter upstairs. Easy fixes.

We couldn’t have lucked out more. This place was perfect for our stay and exactly advertised. The location was great, close to everything you might need, walkable to almost everything else.Eugenia as a great host. Very clear check in and check out instructions. It was easy to get a hold of the host and even when we had a small issue that were very helpful in fixing it. We hope to come back and stay again!

Great location with access to all of Rome by foot.

We took the streets and were able to travel by foot to all of the locations we were looking for including shopping, restaurants, and historical sites. The wifi was quite fast and could be used to check on work and keep in touch with friends at home.
