Wide and bright apartment in Prati area, near Via Cola di Rienzo and Piazza del Popolo, situated on the second floor (with lift) inside an elegant building with a doorman. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Classically furnished, the apartment is composed of a large entrance hall, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two queen size beds, 2 bathroom with shower, kitchen and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed.

The apartment is cozy, fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning in every room, wi fi, washing machine and dryer.

Large, clean and quiet apartment; just right for a family stay. Excellent location just across the river from the Centro Storico - but far enough away to be residential. The clothes dryer was a rare amentity that came in handy. We also took advantage of the convenient arranged ride from the airport.

It was a wonderful apartment in a safe beautiful Prati neighborhood. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. We ate dinner in the vicinity each night and everything was good. Grocers are right across the street. Doorman on site during the day. Easy walking to the Vatican and other sites. The second bath is small but I think typical for Europe. Apartment checkin was easy. Beds were comfortable. There were 3 of us, adult couple and one adult daughter. Would highly recommend.

Loved Stay in Rome Apartment

What a lovely place to stay for our visit in Rome! All was comfortable, clean and functional with high ceilings and a modern kitchen. We loved the location - so easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go - the market, the butcher, our favorite cafe spot around the corner. So close to the Tiber, and we were able to walk to most of our destinations, including the Vatican, the Coliseum, Trastevere, and the Metro A. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment! Much bigger than we expected! We selected the apartment for the location for our family of 5 on a milestone birthday trip to Rome. The apartment itself was beyond expectations! The rooms were large, the full size bed in the Main bedroom was actually almost King size! The 2 bathrooms were large and the washer/ dryer was a great plus! The kitchen with the induction stove was beautiful. The check in process was great and easy. We love that it was in person! The location was walking distance to many of Rome’s key attractions including the Vatican and it was an easy walk to the metro to go anywhere around the city. The neighborhood had many cafes and restaurants that were outstanding. And a supermarket right across the street! We can’t wait to come back! This is a first class place that exceeded our expectations!

Pristine property- even better than we expected in every way!

We loved this home. It was pristinely clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5. Communication was great throughout the process. The location was excellent- just outside the hustle and bustle. It felt like a mix of locals and study abroad college students. This is a very comfortable place near the Vatican but also within walking distance of central Rome. Great neighborhood. Well laid out for 4 adults or a small family. Great communications. Made arrangements for transportation from the airport and again for the airport.

Great location, a lovely place and people

After lamenting over where to stay in Rome I decided on this location in the Prati neighborhood as it is more residential but within walking distance to so much. This was a great choice. We had two grocery stores across the street, a short walk to the Vatican and the main city, a few blocks walk to the metro, tons of restaurants and lovely people around us.The host was fantastic, met us in person and explained everything answering any questions we had. The apartment is lovely and we had all that we needed. This is a city apartment so if you are super sensitive to sound there was some noise in the street in the morning as the world awoke and started moving but it was limited to the street side bedroom (single bed).The only wish we didn't know we had until we did was to have 2 sets of keys as we were not always together as a group and had to coordinate keys and entry times.

We chose the Prati neighborhood to feel a sense of home and to be away from tourist attractions. This apartment was very comfortable for 2 friends. The location is excellent, close to cafes, restaurants, buses and the metro. There is a lift in the building. We were in walking distance of St. Peter's Square and Castle Saint Angelo.

Wonderful Apartment in Rome

Of all the properties I have stayed at through VRBO this is probably my favorite. The apartment is beautiful and impeccably clean. It was perfect for my adult daughters, my husband and me. The location is excellent. The owners were very accommodating, with a checkin that included a personal orientation of the property. We loved it!

One of the Best Stays in Italy.

This lovely apartment was a good size with clean, modern amenities. Since there were two couples, the two bathrooms offered the privacy other places don't.It is located in a nice neighborhood, walkable to both the Vatican as well as the Piazza del Popolo. Just remember to close the door to the elevator. (Sorry neighbors).We would definitely stay there again!
