The "Grandview" is an all beach front resort located directly on Grace Bay Beach, and is one of the most beautifully placed properties on the island. With only 18 fully air conditioned private resident suites (perfectly suitable for couples or families), you have an intimate feel, aren't overwhelmed by the crowds, and are located near all conveniences. When staying with us, you are on Grace Bay Beach - not close, not just a partial view, but directly on the beach - a perfect spot for relaxation!

This wonderfully decorated suite boasts views of Grace Bay Beach, and is located within a wonderfully convenient location. Enjoy the turquoise waters and soothing waves as you relax in our beach chairs. You are truly within a magnificent location on Grace Bay.

This 2 bedroom condo has approximately 1900 square feet; so you have room to expand. The master suite includes a king bed and a master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a king and a bunk single,, so you have more than ample room. We also have a blow up mattress just in case, and a Pack-N-Play for small children. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops will also meet your every need for that perfect get together. Hang out and enjoy - but chances are you will be at the beach.

The property includes the designer pool and hot tub, dedicated WiFi, bath house, on-site gym - and within walking distance to gourmet restaurants, high end super market, boutique shopping, and conveniently close to golf and casino. Beach chairs are located at the pool and beach for your convenience, and placed out for you each day.

Our island coordinator will assist with you Holiday, and we provide the insight and attention you deserve. Our goal is for you to be happy, to relax, d-stress and enjoy! Our Island Coordinator is also your concierge, and can arrange excursions and day trips at your convenience.

We also include a secure online payment system for your protection. We feel this is important, and have partnered with HomeAway / VRBO. Major credit cards accepted.

It's rare that a place is as nice as the pictures look online, but this place is even nicer. It was exceptionally clean and larger than what we expected from the pictures. I don't think you can find a another place on Grace Bay that is closer to the ocean than this place is. No stairs, no driving, just literally a few steps between you and the most beautiful ocean you can imagine. The resort itself is also perfect, it's gated and quiet, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. There's are also beach bars a short walk away in either direction if you get thirsty and want to go for a walk on the beach. Charles and Regina were quick to respond to any questions we had and took care of anything we needed. The place is well stocked so we were able to make as many meals at home as we wanted, there's a grocery store nearby, as well as a ton of great restaurants and gift shops for when you want to go out.

We had the most wonderful time at the Grandview! Charles and Regina made sure we had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Steps from the pool and beach - could not ask for a better location. The beach was nearly empty on account of the Silly Season, which was quite enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again. We just returned home from the most amazing vacation ever! The GV is so beautiful-our condo was perfect in every way. The unit is decorated beautifully-steps away from gorgeous Grace Bay. Charles and Regina were always so responsive and wonderful to work with. Regina brought us a delicious fruit basket upon arrival. Such a nice touch.I was so impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was-it had everything we needed for the week. I loved having laundry in the unit-a huge plus when traveling. They provide an abundance of towels which we greatly appreciated. The screened in porch was lovely and they also provided lots of floaties, so no need to bring your own. All of the restaurants we tried were in walking distance-this is the perfect location on GB. We even met the most wonderful neighbors Nextdoor-they felt like family by the time we left. I hated saying goodbye.My only complaint is that I wanted to stay longer. We are already planning our next trip, and it will be at Grandview.

Incredible Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was great - a short drive or walk to most of the restaurants we ate at, and it was nice being able to simply walk out to the pool or beach. The condo was in excellent condition, and it had plenty of room for our family of four.

We just returned from paradise. The view from the back patio (see photo) was breathtaking—lush gardens, a serene pool, and just steps to the ocean. The location couldn’t have been better: everything was within a 5-minute drive, and we loved being able to walk over to Pelican Bay for a great latte or an exceptional meal. The property was spacious and beautifully maintained, with room for everyone to relax comfortably. Our hosts were truly outstanding—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay from start to finish! There is no better place to stay than Grace Bay beach and this unit is perfect for a family! Very spacious and comfortable. Beach access and chairs are right outside your door! Everything was just as pictured. Condo was very well equipped with all the necessities. Gia was a wonderful hostess and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the week. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Outstanding full experience

Property is very nice, location is excellent and Turks overall is one of the best places in the Caribbean. Grace Bay is highly rated for a reason - superb water and sand, and atmosphere. Having a private pool is great value. Regina is a gem and the place receives my highest compliments.

Great stay

Another great stay at the Grandview!!! The location is close enough to the activities (restaurants, bars, etc) but far enough away for some privacy. The on site property manager is fantastic and goes above and beyond to insure that your stay exceeds your expectations. Charles, the offsite manager, is a joy to work with regarding every aspect of your reservation. No better place to stay on the island!!!

Perfect vacation!

Really loved everything about this place. Close proximity to the water, restaurants, golf course. We did not rent a car which was not a big deal. The pool is clean, hot tub clean, condo is beautiful and the property manager Regina is a sweetheart!

Great stay

Beautiful condo right on Grace Bay. Condo is quite spacious and everything was clean and well kept. Beach is only 100m away and condo has own chairs and umbrellas reserved for guests. Check in and communication was easy with Charles and Regina.

Excellent Stay!

I've been to T&C four times now and have always stayed at hotels. I'm so glad I opted to stay in the condo this time around. It's a perfect location, super clean and very well appointed. Charles is very responsive throughout the booking process and Regina is an EXCELLENT on-site host. This place is a true gem. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay

This was our first time staying at Grandview and it was absolutely incredible. Working with Charles and Regina was so easy. Charles answered all of my myriad of questions before our stay and Regina met us at the room once we arrived and went through everything with us. The location is perfect. Right on a great stretch of one of the best beaches in the world. We cannot recommend Grandview enough and are looking forward to another stay soon!

Family Vacation

My family of 4 had a great stay at this property. This was our first time to Turks and Caicos. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Great location right on Grace Bay beach. Check in process was very easy and onsite property manager always available when needed. Charles - host was also always quick to respond and that is much appreciated. Can't go wrong with this property!
