This delightful 35² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.

The studio space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The sleeping area is beautifully decorated, elevated with a few stairs, and it includes a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

It is located on the 3rd floor and the building has elevator. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The atmosphere here reflects the spirit of Porto—laid-back yet full of life—where traditional craftsmanship and contemporary culture coexist in perfect harmony.

From this prime location, guests can easily explore the city’s most iconic sights, including scenic viewpoints, museums, and the famous wine cellars just across the river. The area is also ideal for slow, scenic walks along the Douro, where the golden light reflects beautifully off the water. Whether you're enjoying a glass of local wine at sunset or discovering hidden courtyards and artisan boutiques, this part of the city offers an unforgettable experience at every turn.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, São Bento, is just a 5-minute walk. The closest bus station, Mercado Ferreira Borges, is a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
