The location is great it’s near the River among other things. Many restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator, i understand that this is a historic area so this apt is best suited for younger people who has the strength to go up and down the steps (60 steps) not to mention bringing your luggages up and down the steps. The bathroom is pretty small too, other than that the Lamia is easy to get in touch with and helpful.

This property was in a fantastic location. Definitely an older building, but was still charming. As other reviews state, the stairs up to the apartment were quite steep and lots of them. I would recommend staying here!

Great Porto location

The location is amazing and the management is helpful and easy to work with. Go to the bakery they recommend! The bathroom is tiny and the walk up steps can be a lot at the end of the day but the location is perfect!

Good location and easy to check in. I wouldn’t call this a 2 bedroom though. The main bedroom is part of the living room. There is no separate area. We rented this place to work remote, and I thought there would be separate bedrooms. The bathroom also had very strong smell.

The apartment itself is a little run down, there was a strong smell of damp coming from the bathroom. However the location of the property was excellent, in the heart of Ribeira and easy walking to all of the main sites!

Porto stay

The bathroom is tiny. Shower floor is like an ice rink. Needs a mat so a person is not in danger. They were very cooperative about our needs being met. It is on the 4th floor and quite a climb for hauling luggage.

Apartment was clean and stocked with coffee pods for daily consumption. Toilet paper stocked as well. Much appreciated! However the hallway walls in the staircase leading to apartment door are covered in mold - a clear health risk. My family and I felt we had to cover our mouths or hold our breath as we ascended the many stairs. There is also no ventilation in the bathroom (which seems to be commom in Portugal). There was a musty smell in the bathroom as well, which is likely due to old plumbing.The hosts were lovely and accommodating, greeting us from the start and offering recommendations in the area. Also the location was brilliant, right on the river with access to many delicious restaurants and scenic viewpoints.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist allerdings etwas muffig und etwas abgenutzt. Bett war bequem. Statt in eine teure Klimaanlage und Fernseher, hätte man lieber die Lüftung im Bad reparieren sollen. Dort ist es etwas feucht/schimmelig. Wir haben die Dunstabzugshaube angemacht nach dem Duschen. Das hintere Zimmer hat auch keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Haben wir aber auch nicht genutzt. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Aber ein einfacher Espressokocher funktioniert besser als die Kapselmaschine.

Centrally located smaller apartment that has everything you need for your visit of Porto. Did not have to use public transportation or taxi for the first 2 days. It is perhaps suitable for younger population, has a lot of steps to the front door. Other than that you can literally walk to all main attractions and great restaurants.

Publicidad engañosa y condiciones inaceptables – solicito responsabilidadNuestra experiencia con esta propiedad fue completamente inaceptable. Al llegar, quedó claro que el anuncio es engañoso y no representa en absoluto el estado real del inmueble. Las fotos publicadas son falsas o están desactualizadas.La propiedad presentaba un olor fuerte y desagradable, condiciones evidentes de falta de limpieza y mantenimiento, además de daños visibles como sillas rotas y paredes deterioradas. El lugar no cumplía con estándares mínimos de habitabilidad.Incluso queríamos regresar a tomar fotos para el reclamo y la persona que nos recibió no nos permitió volver a la propiedad. La situación fue tan grave que no pudimos quedarnos ni una sola noche. Nos vimos obligados a buscar otro alojamiento el mismo día, incurriendo en gastos adicionales y una gran incomodidad.A pesar de haber reportado todo inmediatamente, el propietario se ha negado a asumir responsabilidad o emitir un reembolso, lo cual consideramos totalmente injusto dada la situación.Este tipo de experiencia no solo es decepcionante, sino que también representa una falta de transparencia hacia los huéspedes. No recomiendo esta propiedad bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Porto

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end à Porto. L'emplacement de la location est parfait.Les prestations proposées sont corrects. Cependant des défauts sont néanmoins à remonter :- L'absence de siphon dans l'évier de la salle de bain engendre des remontés d'odeur d'eau usée qui sont désagréable.- Des traces de moisissures sont présentes et des portions de peintures commencent à se décoller.- Invasion de fourmis qu'il a fallu maitriser.
