Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Porto, diese fantastische Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock eines Gebäudes mit Aufzug und es ist ein idealer Ort zum Verweilen für ein Paar oder für Familie oder Freunden, Zulassen Unterkunft bis zu 4 Personen.
Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 in einem modernen Stil eingerichtet und mit hochwertigen Materialien sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt komplett renoviert. Das Haus ist komplett schallisoliert, mit Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, elektrische Rollläden, LED-Leuchten, Smart-TVs und viele weitere Details.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem bequemen King-Size-Bett, einen großen Schrank, TV und einem modernen Schreibtisch zum Fenster wandte sich mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt von Porto. Für Reisen mit Kindern oder in einer Gruppe, bietet Platz für das Sofa auch zwei weitere Personen.
Orientiert zu Ost und West, beleuchtet die Sonne den ganzen Tag Raum. Um in den Genuss noch besser unsere Sonne, bietet die Terrasse einen Ruhebereich oder eine Mahlzeit Bereich.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und mit allem, was für einen einfachen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. (Kleine und große Haushaltsgeräte, Küchengeschirr, Bettwäsche und Badetücher). Alle Küche und Bad Grundstoffe werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Wifi-Internet und Kabel-TV sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Wonderful

We stayed here for a week’s break and it was the perfect way to get to enjoy Porto - the location is ideal, away from the noisy centre but close enough to walk everywhere. The apartment was exactly as described, actually better than it looks in the pictures! Communication with the host and check in/out were all very easy and efficient. Thank you Maria for a wonderful stay.

Great location, everything you want to see or do within walking distance or short Uber ride. Clean, comfortable bed, kitchen fully equipped. Extra details such as coffee /tea, spices and a detailed book with instructions and local information. Host was always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again. My friend and I had a great stay at our VRBO in Porto. Our check-in process was seamless and our contact met us at the apartment to help us get settled in. The check-out process was also seamless. Would definitely recommend it to a friend!

Perfect Location

Easy access to a fourth floor flat. Within walking distance of many stores, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The flat was very clean and has everything you need.

Beautiful sunsets

Porto is lovely and the location of the apartment is ideal for exploring all the beautiful sites. Everything one needs for a stay are provided. The kitchen is small but adequate and the sunsets looking out the bedroom window were stunning.

Great Porto stay.

Clean, modern well equipped apt walking distance to everything. 5 minutes to pedestrian only rua Santa Catarina and Bolhão Market, 10 minutes to Sao Bento train station. 15 minutes to Ribera and Douro River. Large top floor terrace for morning coffee and meals. Lots of sabotage.

Easy to find and everything we needed!

Maria was so helpful with being flexible for us. She was always available for questions. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. We walked everywhere as it was centrally located to most everything. Nice and quiet space to stay. Thank you!! When we come back we’ll stay there again for sure!

Loved the property and its location. The property was spotlessly clean and fresh. the bed was very comfortable and all the amenities that you need were on hand including a washing machine. Perfect Porto Paradise

We absolutely Loved our stay. Alexandra was absolutely amazing assisting us with check in and out. The apartment has everything you’ll need and you can’t beat the location. Totally recommend this for your getaway in Porto. And Porto is absolutely fabulous in case you didn’t know cause we didn’t!!

Five star all around

Can't say anything but good things about my stay here. Apartment was clean, modern, and for Europe, incredibly spacious. Also, it was air conditioned and the building had an elevator, which was much appreciated. Host met us on arrival and was available for help during our entire stay. Subway stop was about 5 minutes away and the neighborhood was very quiet at night. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store as well. Only complaint was that it was up hill from the subway stop, but everything in Porto is up hill except for the river. Five stars all around.

Apartment number needs to be included with address. When we arrived late we had no idea which buzzer to ring. Fortunately someone let us in the building. Alexandra met us and went over all the details of the apartment. The location was great!

Overall this is a wonderful place to stay. Be prepared to get your steps in. This is about 20 to 25 minute walk from Dom Luis bridge. Lots of restaurants, pubs, wine bars near by. Very uber friendly! Two small grocery stores nearby. Very close to the via caterina shopping mall. Huge balcony with a slight view. The only bad thing i would say is the property was a little cold some nights. If visiting in January or February, something to consider. Maria the owner provided lots of blankets in the apartment. All appliances worked well. The shower had good water pressure and lots of hot water. The kitchen is small, but who wants to cook on vacation anyways! Thanks Maria!

Good Location and Amenities

I stayed in this flat for 5 nights with my girlfriend. Porto is very walkable and the flat was located a few blocks away from the Bolhao Market and major shopping areas. We were able to walk everywhere from here. The flat is on the 4th (top) floor, but there is a small elevator for when needed to take up luggage and groceries. We enjoyed the balcony and having a washing machine to do laundry so we could pack lighter. The bed was comfortable and had a great view of Porto. The kitchen was small but functional, we just made coffee there. By the way, the guide book needs updating as it stated Nescafe Dolce Gusto, but we bought these pods at the store only to find the machine has probably been replaced and is now Delta Q. Dolce Gusto box was unreturnable. Overall the guide book is a very good source of information. The check in was a bit inconvenient having to arrange to meet at the flat as we were unsure of our plans and it would be nicer if there was a way to do check in on our own time with an app or some other way. The host did allow us to check in a bit early just to get the keys as we were going over to Gaia during the small 4 hour check in window. The shower pressure is very weak, probably because the flat was on the top floor, but those are only minor issues. Overall the stay was great and I would recommend this place as long as you are staying for several nights and can work with the host on meeting for check in.

Great location, good value

Location of condo is excellent and very quiet. No street noise or disturbances from other residents (we saw nobody at all over 11 days). Communication with owner was good prior to arrival, with clear instructions for self-directed entry. However, no contact upon and after arrival (though not necessary, it would have been more welcoming).Condo is as described, though somewhat more minimalist than expected. The only seating (pull out sofa bed) other than kitchen chairs is not comfortable with cushions constantly slipping. The living space is very narrow. Kitchen is well equipped (but no cork screw for the second VRBO home we’ve rented in last 2 months!). We had difficulty figuring out the stove and combined oven/microwave so a url to their manuals or more detailed instructions would have been helpful. Bedroom was nice and the bed very comfortable, though again the narrowness of the room meant that there was very little space to get by from the far side at night when accessing the bathroom. Good quality towels.All in all, we were fully satisfied with the rental.

L appartement est très agréable, dans une rue calme à 15 minutes à pied du Douro.Il offre une vue dégagée sur Porto depuis la fenêtre de la chambre.La chambre est bien séparée de la salle d eau et de la pièce de vie.La pièce de vie dispose d un grand balcon, pas très bien aménagé et qui donne sur la rue et les immeubles en face. Néanmoins ce balcon est agréable car il agrandit l espace intérieur et permet de prendre un repas en plein air.Je ne donne pas une note maximale car la porte de la salle d eau etait très dure à fermer. Il s est avéré que le rail supérieur de cette porte coulissante etait devissé. Nous avons signalé le souci dès notre arrivée mais il n a pas été corrigé. Ça reste une bonne adresse, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.L

Great place and great location

The property was as described. Marcia met us at the property and gave us a quick overview of the apartment, surrounding area and helpful hints. The only negative aspect of our stay was the elevator stopped working the last three days. The property being on the fourth floor made it extremely difficult, especially when it came time to lug all our suitcases down the winding stairs.
