Diese charmante dreistöckige vier Schlafzimmer, drei Vollbad Strandhaus bietet knapp 2.500 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche, zwei Terrassen, Krähennest und eine praktische Garage für ein Auto.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer und voll ausgestattete Küche mit Frühstückstheke, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. Direkt neben dem Wohn- und Esszimmer ist eine große abgeschirmte Veranda mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien.

Zusätzlich zu den Hauptwohnbereichen im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Master-Suite mit gemütlicher Sitzecke und großzügigem Hauptbad mit großer Gartenwanne, separater verglaster Dusche, Doppelwaschtisch und separatem Toilettenraum. Ein Gästezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Foyer und neben einem separaten Badezimmer.

Good location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were a nice size, not super small. At check in we were notified of a problem with the AC and told to expect it to be a little warm on the second and third floor. The problem was corrected and it cooled off nicely. The property is located close enough to walk to the beach front pool and the beach itself with no issues. Over all we were very pleased with the property and would stay there again.

We had a great vacation, Beautiful weather, Calm gulf & great poo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointment with the house. Hale Loa is infested with ants. We had to have the extermintator out 3times and still did not kill them all. The upstairs A/C is not cooling the bedrooms upstairs even after we had a man out to fix it. Big problem with the parking spaces at the pool for golf carts. Warnings and fines were passed put to guests because there is not enough parking spaces for the carts. Need to have a space for all carts at Martinique. Many guests were upset because of this. Need to have umbrellas for the tables at the pool. In the past there were umbrellas but not anymore. People at the pool were moving to the shade of the building for comfort.

Hale Loa Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this house in 2011 and thought the decor needed to be updated. Nothing has changed since then. I have been in 4 other houses and they are beautifully decorated top to bottom. This house needs updating! Also, the patio was dirty. The ceiling fans needed cleaning. The freezer door would only open 1/2 way. On the positive side, the kitchen is well stocked with the dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Plenty of beach equipment. However, I will not stay in this house again until it is updated. I would recommend that Martinique provide cleaning and paper products. Paying what we pay should include these things. I have stayed in other properties where this is always provided.

Great time at Hale Loa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation at Hale Loa. This is the 2nd time staying at this house. Internet didn’t work when we arrived, but it was fixed by Tuesday. So that drove my kids crazy! Thank goodness for hot spots on our phones. I did get a ticket for parking the golf cart at the end of my driveway so I could get our Surburban out (as the drive way has a small fence and it is rather tight backing out when the people across the way are there ) to go to the store for 20 min and when I got back there was a ticket. I had the passenger side 2 wheels on the sand? $50 bucks and no warning? Ticket said no parking on the sand, **** this whole place is sand? Anyway, put the golf cart away and just drove my Surburban everywhere around the property. Put the golf cart away so won’t drive that again to a kind the fines. Might want to put a sign by the middle pool as I’m not sure if you can park a golf cart near the bike rack or not, since it sits on sand / gravel mix? I should have gone up to the pool office and told them I will trade my $127 in hot spot fees due to no reliable internet for 4 days! They did give us the internet password for the house next door, but it was really spotty and dropped all the time, so we gave upon using it. Anyway enough about that. This is our 7th trip to Martinique on the Gulf and we will be back. Will try a large condo next time to see how that is. Love the property and the beach!

A week at Hale Loa

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed in multiple houses at Martinique for 16 years. After a four year absence, we were so happy to reserve Hale Loa on short notice. This was the first stay in this house and the layout of the house was great for our family. There were a few things that would have made our stay more pleasant:1] a larger grill, the small grill does not work well when cooking for a family of 10. 2] New mattresses on the king and 2 queen beds. We older folks all woke up with morning pain from uncomfortable mattresses.3]New cushions on back porch furniture, we loved having our morning coffee on the porch, but the cushions have lost their cushioning power and made sitting very uncomfortable. 4] the garage door will not stay open. someone has to hold it open and some of us had bumps on the head as we did not move quickly enough. The upstairs bathroom door does not lock. With 6 people assigned to that room a lock is definitely needed. We were pleased with the efficiency of maintenance when needed but disappointed when the office would not return our phone calls. We learned that they will answer when called on the house landline, but not from cell phone. We have loved Martinique for many years, but will look for other properties for future stays. We have 3 families coming from 3 states and need parking space for a minimum of 3 cars. We find that parking fee in addition to the price of housing to be rather excessive since for many years there was no fee and we parked 3 cars on property . The new security people were very professional and a welcome addition to our stay. I have recommended Martinique to several friends and I will continue to do so. It is a great place to vacation for smaller groups who can fit their families and vehicles onto the property. Our family made many happy memories there starting in 2003.

Month stay at Hale Loa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a second time visitor to Martinique. This stay was for one month. The home was nice and comfortable. Had a few issues with insects but an exterminator mostly took care of the issue. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Susan who was very friendly and always helpful. The only minor complaint would be that the garage was messy and we barely had room to park our vehicle. It also would be nice to have a place to park the golf cart outside as we were told not park it on the sand, which was the only choice. We enjoyed our stay and would likely return again.

Hale Loa - very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Martinque for 6 years. This is the first time we were disappointed with our stay. The house was not very clean (Hairs in bathtubs and on toilets), no automatic garage door opener made very hard to get in and out of garage had to hand lift door each time door which was very heavy. The house was hot, 2 of the 3 thermostats were locked at 75 and could not lower temperature. We requested they be be unlocked at night to sleep we were fine with them being locked during the day while at beach they unlocked one. The upstairs bedrooms and spare bedroom downstairs stayed hot to sleep. It was good that the house was close to beach as we had to push golf cart back twice with battery at half charge. We stopped using the golf cart due to its poor condition. Left messages for front desk that were not returned. We had to go to front desk to advise of issues we were having with the house because we could not get them to call us back. We received a warning for no parking pass when we had purchased 2 but only received one. We advised the TV in first floor spare bedroom would not work. They never fixed the week we were there. Had to go to front desk after no one would return our phone calls for two days to get parking pass.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in the perfect location. The pictures on the website are being and show the house many years ago. Furniture has been changed and still nice but not the quality shown in the pics. We had maintenance at our house every day except one to work on different issues e house did not have fixed. A/C, fans, lights, tub drains, golf cart etc were not working properly. They maintenance as well as the staff at the Martinique were wonderful but the house owners definitely need to do some work on the home to make it better for renters. Overall we had a nice trip. We will be choosing a different house next time at Martinique bc we still love it there.

Nice stay, but the property wasn't completely prepared

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1) The master bath did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. Within the shower & tub, there were dead bugs & dust particles. The toilet area smelled like urine also.2) The deadbolt on the porch door sticks so that if you lock it, the bolt doesn't unlock.3) This one is minor, but the knives were all dull. A knife sharpener would be nice to have.We enjoyed our time at the beach, and the property served its purpose of housing us during our stay. But I feel the above nuisances are worth mentioning. Great time at "the big house"

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for lots of people. Everyone loved the screened porch with the picnic table.
