Gulf Getaway is a beautifully decorated, spacious four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home located 14.1 miles down the serene Ft. Morgan Peninsula. Enjoy stunning views from the large south-facing deck on the main level or from the second-floor deck adjoining the primary bedroom. Public beach access is conveniently located just around the corner at the bend of Pizarro Avenue and Sawgrass Circle, only 0.2 miles from the home. This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 14 guests and offers parking for up to six vehicles.



Pet Friendly: Gulf Getaway welcomes up to two dogs. If bringing a pet, please notify us in advance. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog will be added to your stay. Additional cleaning charges may apply and will be billed to your credit card if necessary.



Pool Information: The outdoor pool is cooled in the summer and heated in the winter. Please note that the heat pump extracts warmth from the air, making the system less efficient in colder temperatures. Pool temperatures may adjust approximately 10–15 degrees above or below the current outside temperature.



• A large covered area under the home includes an outdoor shower, picnic table, ping pong table, and gas BBQ grill.



• The main-level living and dining area opens to the large south-facing deck, while the primary bedroom on the second floor has access to its own smaller south-facing deck.



• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is featured throughout the home.



• The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, a Keurig coffee maker, and an air fryer. The dining table seats ten, with four additional bar stools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home.



• The main-level living area has a sofa sleeper for additional guests.



• The expansive master suite is located on the second floor and features a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with a walk-in double shower, and private deck access with a cozy hammock chair—perfect for enjoying the sunrise with your morning coffee. The master suite is the only room on the second level.



• The second bedroom on the main level features a queen-size bed, built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, and an attached full bath. (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• The third bedroom, also on the main level, features a king-size bed, built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, and an attached full bath. (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• The fourth bedroom on the main level has a king-size bed with an attached full bath.



• A half bath is located on the main level for added convenience.



• Parking is available for up to six vehicles.



• Enjoy a seamless arrival and departure with keyless entry, eliminating the need to wait in lines.



• Security Feature: The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
