This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bath home is located directly on the beach along the low-density, residential West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, AL. Built in 2021 and professionally decorated in a coastal-elegant décor, this luxurious home sleeps 10 guests, and is ideal for the most discerning guests who prefer the finer things. It has a private full-sized swimming pool, beach-boardwalk, chef’s kitchen, elevator, laundry room, WiFi, and smart TV’s in every bedroom. Combine these luxuries with covered parking, huge balcony with ample seating overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and you have a beach home that dreams are made of and where memories are made.

As you arrive at this beautiful home, you will find covered parking for up to 4 vehicles under the home and parking for 2-4 more in the driveway. There is plenty of room in the driveway if you have a trailer or boat trailer. From here you will have immediate access to the ramp which leads to the beach and backdoor of the home or you may enter the home using the stairs on the front.

The home consists of a single-level space featuring a large, open-concept kitchen, living and dining area with 180-degree beach views. The beautifully decorated living area includes a couch, loveseat and two accent chairs. The two large tinted, mirrored, one-way 6’x6’ windows allow for spectacular views and give you the feeling that you literally on the water. The well-equipped chef’s kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, double-sink, two dishwashers, built-in microwave, double island, large double-door refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and stand-alone ice maker. The large dining table seats 8 with room for 3 at the bar.

The master bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom. The master bath features a double-vanity, large soaking tub, and separate walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom also overlooks the beach and includes a king bed. The second bathroom is a common area hall bath. Bedrooms #3 and #4 include a queen bed in BR #3 and a king bed in BR #4 and are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (Bathroom #3). Bedroom #5 features a king bed and private bathroom with tile-walk-in shower (Bathroom #4).

The Neighborhood:
Located 5.5 miles west of The Hangout and the intersection of Beach Blvd. and Gulf Shores Parkway, DEAR TIME is away from the high-density and congestion allowing for a serene and peaceful beach setting, yet close enough to be all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer in a matter of minutes.

Other Things to Note:
BEACH ACCESS: Walk across the street from the home, turn left (east) and walk to the second driveway to the house with orange front columns (2833 W. Beach Blvd, entitled “Dear Time”). Walk along the left side of the driveway until under the house and take the ramp to the beach. DO NOT WALK ACROSS THE DUNES. This could be rented or occupied by the homeowner. THAT IS A FINE. The homeowner has granted permission for Lagoon Time guests to use this beach access and the occupant at the beach-side home is aware. This same principle applies to the lagoon access for the beach-side home. They are allowed to walk along the driveway of Lagoon Time under the home, and take the path to the Lagoon. DO NOT WALK ACROSS THE DUNES. OR the nearest public beach is 2.8 miles to the east at West Beach Pass. Cross the bridge, turn left and park, and cross the street or walk under the bridge to the public beach.

After visiting the beach, please use the shower under the home to rinse off before going back inside.
