The entrance of the house opens onto the living room consisting of a sofa, television and dining table, from this area we access the veranda with armchairs and coffee table and windows that can be fully opened. On the same floor we find the first semi-independent kitchen with dining table and the sleeping area with two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a single bed. A bathroom with a shower stall completes the floor layout. On the lower floor there is another veranda with a large dining table and fully opening windows, a second open and fully equipped kitchen, in the same area there is also a sofa and a dining table. On the same floor there are two more bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Completing the floor layout is a bathroom with a shower stall.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination of northern Sardinia.
