This holiday home managed by BelcantoVillas is a little corner of paradise surrounded by greenery, close to the sea, perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature.
The large terraced garden is the beating heart of the property: here you will find an outdoor hot tub and sun loungers, to give yourself a moment of pure well-being. You can enjoy delicious al fresco dinners with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs. Please note that there is also a cat in the garden (it will not disturb you and we ask you not to disturb it).
Also available to guests is a large covered private parking, a laundry room and two bicycles for free use (very convenient for pleasant excursions in the adjacent countryside).

The house for rent has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 1 small bedroom with a camp bed, and can accommodate 5 people, on request also 6 (camp bed as an extra, € 20.00 per day) plus a baby (free baby cot).

Holiday home highly recommended for families with small children, sporty couples, nature lovers, car travelers who want to explore the surroundings of Tuscany: Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, or the 5 Terre.

For those looking for a mix of mountains and sea (the beaches and the sea of ​​Lido di Camaiore are only 5 km away.), and for medium-long stays in total comfort. The atmosphere is relaxing and authentic, perfect for those who want a holiday away from the chaos, but with all the services at hand.

Camaiore and its seaside village, Lido di Camaiore, offer a perfect mix of sea, nature and culture. The wide and sandy beaches, mostly equipped but also with free stretches, are ideal for families, couples and lovers of relaxation. The seafront is lively, with clubs, restaurants and a splendid walk to the Pontile Bellavista. Nearby you can find wilder beaches such as Lecciona, while in the villages such as Monteggiori or the historic center of Camaiore you can breathe the authentic atmosphere of Tuscany.

For nature lovers, the area is full of hiking trails such as those along the Via Francigena or towards the Grotta all’Onda and Monte Prana. The apartment is accessed by climbing a flight of steps, but the back garden is convenient, at the level of the apartment (we are on a hilly level).
House for tourist rental that has 3 bedrooms, 2 large double bedrooms and 1 small bedroom with a camp bed.
The two double bedrooms have marble floors, large windows overlooking the greenery, antique furniture and chandeliers and furnishings in romantic chic style. The personal touch of the landlady, an expert in floral furnishings, makes the whole extremely pleasant and refined.

The bright living room is furnished with two sofas, Smart TV and a large French window that leads to a terrace overlooking the nearby hills. The large eat-in kitchen, with a table for 6 people, is fully equipped with a double sink, 4 gas burners with extraction, refrigerator, freezer, microwave (which also has an oven function), toaster and everything you need for cooking. It is furnished with a beautiful and antique cast iron stove and a large window overlooking the garden.
The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a window, large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. On the ground floor there is a large laundry room with washing machine.
The entire environment is made comfortable by the Wi-Fi connection, the air conditioning splits in the double bedrooms, and the mosquito nets on the windows.
