Located in the central Via Volta inside an exclusive and classy reality where, with a short walk through the streets of the center, you can reach the most famous attractions such as the Duomo and Piazza Cavour with its fantastic lake view.

PLEASE CONSIDER: the heating system is available from October 15th until April 15th - the air conditioning is available from April 16th to October 14th.

To reach the city of Como the closest airport is Milan Malpensa.
To reach the Volta City Suites structure by train the closest train station is Como San Giovanni.
To reach the structure by car you can take the A9 Como Centro motorway exit.

Como is certainly among the most beautiful cities in Lombardy, on the shores of the lake of the same name, it has enchanted visitors from all eras and houses both historical treasures, such as the famous villas, and incredible views.
The center of Como is a true gem, full of attractions and places of interest that are worth a visit. The city is very pedestrian-friendly, among the various attractions, it is worth mentioning in the immediate vicinity.
Como Cathedral, also known as the Duomo, is one of the main landmarks of the city. Dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta, this magnificent building combines elements of Gothic and Renaissance style.
Not far from the Duomo, there is Piazza Cavour, the beating heart of Como. This lively square, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, is the ideal place to take a break and enjoy the atmosphere of the city.
From here, you can access the lakefront, another unmissable place in Como.

The apartment has a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle.
The table can accommodate up to six people, and the living area, illuminated by large windows, is equipped with a comfortable sofa and equipped with a 43" Smart TV.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a private bathroom with a large shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Inside the bedroom, there is a staircase that allows access to the upper floor, where the room is communicating.
In the mezzanine, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a window, with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The apartment has a private terrace furnished with tables and chairs.
The laundry room with washing machines and dryers shared with other guests is located on the ground floor of the building.
Private parking spaces are available upon request.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system managed by a remote system that automatically regulates temperatures to avoid wasting energy.
There is also a controlled mechanical ventilation system that maintains an ideal climate by also regulating humidity, to the point that it is recommended to always keep the windows closed.
