Ein brandneues, wunderschön eingerichtetes, schickes Apartment mit freiem Blick auf den Comer See, das sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer für sechs Personen mit einem großen Swimmingpool mit Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen für unsere Gäste.

Das Erdgeschoss der Wohnung bietet einen komfortablen Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und Essbereich, in dem Sie sich nach einem langen Tag entspannen und den Sonnenuntergang und den unverbauten Blick auf den See von unserer Terrasse aus genießen können. Es gibt auch ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und einen Schlafraum für 3 Personen.

Der erste Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz im Kleiderschrank - und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Das Zweibettzimmer ist wieder zu einem sehr hohen Standard eingerichtet und hat Blick auf den Pool.

Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon vom Wohnzimmer mit Tisch und Stühlen im Freien mit herrlichem Blick über den See, der sich ständig mit den Jahreszeiten ändert ... jeder ist atemberaubend ... Sie können Stunden draußen verlieren und es wird nie aufhören überrasche dich. Sie müssen es nur mit eigenen Augen sehen.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock mit eigener Eingangstür durch zwei sichere Tore; Das Parken ist abseits der Straße möglich und es gibt auch eine sichere Garage und eine eigene Wäscherei.

In Argegno, nur 5 Autominuten entfernt, finden Sie eine Vielzahl von hervorragenden Restaurants und Bars, von denen wir Ihnen alle Einzelheiten vor Ihrer Reise zusenden, damit Sie alle notwendigen Reservierungen vornehmen können!

Lokale Bootsdienste bieten ununterbrochene Fahrten rund um den See an und besuchen Orte wie Bellagio oder Lenno - wunderbare Tagesausflüge.

Mit George Clooneys Haus in ca. 10 Minuten Entfernung und dem Villa D'Este Hotel in ca. 15 Minuten Entfernung gibt es immer etwas zu tun ...

ÜBER UNS:
Nigel und ich fanden die Wohnung wegen unserer Liebe zur Gegend; und es ist mein kleines Stück Himmel und ein Ort zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung genießt Ruhe und Frieden mit belebten Bereichen vor der Haustür mit den schönsten Restaurants.

Es ist wirklich eine kleine Ecke des Paradieses ... ...

Stunning Location and Apartment

We had a fantastic stay. The location is great though you do need a car in order to pick up groceries and get to restaurants. Lovely local walks and down the hill to swim in the lake if you don't want to use the fantastic pool. Apartment was great though third bedroom is very small with no windows but a good extra space for overflow people if needed. We had a lovely stay, the apartment is very well set up with everything you need to relax and enjoy the amazing views and accommodation.

The apartment and the view are really nice. Only car parking is difficult because of the steep entrance to the garages. Also the pool water temperature could have been warmer. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the comfort of the apartment a lot.

Loving Lake Como

Quite difficult to get to the villa but well worth it!! The accommodation is in excellent condition and has all the amenities to enjoy a self-catering holiday. It has beautiful views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Thanks to our host, Rachel, who was always available to answer any queries.

This is a beautiful and well equipped apartment for rent - we had everything we needed and the owner had clearly taken a great deal of effort to make the house clean and very user friendly. It is worth noting that the house is in a hamlet with not many amenities so a car is vital - although there is a local bus which passes close. Suggest a small car as the road to the apartment is narrow and steep. If you don't want to drive be prepared to walk up and down the hill.

Week in Como

Apartment nice and comfortable. The whole area is characterized by narrow roads, steep hills and sharp corners which might be difficult to both drive and park with a larger car. However this is all forgotten when one sits in the balcony and looks at the stunning view which are better than shown on the website. A lot of good restaurants at reasonable prices within 10 minutes of the property.

Great View and Nicely Appointed

Great 180 view of lake with mountains opposite. Well appointed, fully equipped, and updated. There is a nice walking route connecting some nearby towns but you’ll want to drive to other towns for meals and outings (plenty enough close by) - not much in Colonno itself. The hillside is what gives you the view but also presents some “fun challenges” for street parking if the garage is not a good fit for for your vehicle size. All in all, a very fine option for couples, less so for children given the need to drive to most activities.

Breathtaking Views of Lake Como in Quaint Town

Overall we had an amazing time at this gorgeous, well kept, and lake front property. The view from the terrace is breath taking. The property was super clean, had a lovely swimming pool for the kids to enjoy, had functional ACs in the bedroom, well equipped kitchen and house supplies. The only thing is you will require a car to make it easy to travel around. There were limited means of transport as this property is a little remotely located. We had to travel to near by cities to catch the ferry. Finding taxis in Colonno was a bit tricky. The walk to the bus stop was also a little tricky due to winding and steep roads. It was challenging with two children In strollers. But the AMAZING view from the terrace made up for our transportation challenges! Thank you Rachel for hosting us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

La vue à 180 sur le lac de Côme est spectaculaire, c'est clairement LE point fort de cet appartement, sur lequel l'annonce était fidèle et réaliste.L'appartement est très bien équipé, toutefois la "chambre" du rez-de-chaussée n'est pas une vraie chambre (environ 5m², pas de fenêtre, pas de clim). L'appartement était globalement propre, à l'exception des draps de la chambre parentale qui sentaient le moisi ou la sueur, nous avons dû les relaver (lorsque nous avons réalisé d'où venait l'odeur) ce qui est bien dommage, ce d'autant que le propriétaire est très regardant sur les conditions de propreté (exige que l'on nettoie les vitres avant notre départ, précise que si nous utilisons les serviettes rangées dans les placards, la lessive nous sera facturée). Le tarif du ménage étant exorbitant (400 ), nous nous attendions à une propreté irréprochable.La climatisation n'est présente que dans les 2 chambres de l'étage, l'installation est vieillissante et extrêmement bruyante (55 db), nous l'avons donc peu utilisée.Attention à la proximité des autres résidents, le balcon des voisins est à 50 cm, il n'y a aucun pare-vue, donc vous dînez côte-à-côte.L'appartement n'est pas très bien placé, la ville de Colonno étant sans intérêt, il n'y a pas de commerces, il vous faudra prendre la voiture pour tout (et galérer avec les croisements des autres véhicules dans les côtes).Le séjour fût globalement bon néanmoins, grâce à cette vue magnifique.

I am indeed very particular about cleaning. I am shocked that you say that the sheets were musty as our cleaning company confirms they were freshly laundered. I am surprised that you say you washed the sheets - there are spare sets of sheets in the bedroom drawers that you could have used. You say that we require you to clean the windows but that is not quite correct, is it. The instructions say.. "Lastly if you have small children and they have put fingerprints over ALL the glass doors can you spend 5 minutes before you leave just wiping them off….! " I hardly think that is unreasonable. Your comment about towels is not quite correct either, is it. We supply a large quantity of towels for use. What we say is that if you use more, and use towels from our linen store, then we will charge you for those - again, hardly unreasonable. As for the air-conditioning, this is an eco-friendly system as befits the world we live in, installed when the apartment was built about 5 years ago, and very regularly maintained. It is upstairs as there are multiple windows and patio doors on the ground floor which let the cooling lake air into the property - the a/c is there to make sure you have a great night's sleep! We are in a very small apartment building - 4 owners in the whole building - only one other apartment on our floor, so this is not a problem - This is our peaceful corner of paradise - hence our "Exceptional" rating on VRBO! ...oh, and shops are a five minute drive away!

Heerlijk!

Wij hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in Colonne. Appartement was heerlijk, heel netjes en compleet ingericht. Overal aan gedacht👍 En het uitzicht is fantastisch! Enige minpuntje vonden wij de douche, erg krap en zwakke waterstraal. Maar verder helemaal top!

Fantastic property with stunning view

This is a lovely property, well equipped, well decorated in a tranquil setting. We visited with 3 children, and although the property is suitable for children were very conscious of how quite the area is, especially with retired couples living in the two properties below. We also had a large vehicle which did not fit in the underground parking and as the drive was very steep was concerned the hand break would not hold. Lots to do in the area and nice pool. We loved the property and the area but think it would be better with older children and a smaller car.

The view from the balcony and the poolarea is so amacing❤️ The appartment is very beautyful and clean. Everything is perfect. There is all you can ever need. Rachel gave us so many tips about what to see, restaurants ect. We had good food and went out sailing on the lake - it os a MUST🙏🏻 I am sure we will come back.

Great location. Fantastic view.

Loved this fantastic location. Quiet area. Great views. Appartement was well kept and clean, and all needed facilities. Pool was fantastic. Text messages with owner worked fine. Only getting the right parking spot caused some confusion, but most important: There is a place to park. (Otherwise mostly a problem to park car in area.) Gladly return some other time...

Beautiful and complete

You've got everything you need but the time you sleep is time you loose to watch lago di Como. It's stunning from the pool and the appartment. The appartment has everything you need. You see the owner loves this place because she takes good care of it. Communications and so fort are good. Peace and tranquility and the view. Can't stop mentioning the view. You're at the starting point of the green way wich is a lovely 10K hike across beautiful areas and lovely bars and restaurants on the way. Just perfect place for your holiday.

Nice but not for children/teens

Beautiful location and appartment. WiFi is no where near ready for streaming and no play is allowed in the pool. So best suited for couples and not families.

Thank you for your review; we are very glad that you enjoyed our beautiful apartment in its stunning location. To respond to your negative points, and to be strictly accurate, the rules of the pool are that “playing football or anything else that could disturb those present is not allowed” – which we think is a positive thing! In relation to the Wi-Fi, a new system is ordered but unfortunately Covid has delayed its installation which is imminent. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Mooie locatie, modern ingericht appartement

Mooie locatie, modern gerenoveerd en knap ingericht appartement. Vlakbij strandje aan het meer. WiFi signaal was zeer zwak, meestal niet bruikbaar. Helaas was het zwembad tijdens ons verblijf wegens lekkage gesloten. Home Away heeft via de eigenaar voor correctie compensatie gezorgd.

Having spent many a happy year as a child in this part of Italy, and in particular on Lake Como, I have always wanted to come back here and own a property. Staying last year at Villa D'Este, sitting in the garden watching the boats on the lake as the shadows moved across the mountains with the sun setting, I made up my mind to own my own place there. After many months of looking, we came across this new build large, airy and spacious apartment with drop-dead views - and I was sold! To own there is the fulfillment of a dream - now having the opportunity to share the beauty and tranquillity with others is the culmination of the dream. Don't just take my word for it - try it; we had guests this week who want to come back for two weeks next year - that is what Vista Lago does to you!

We set out to furnish this property on a no expense spared basis. It is an apartment in a very small block - there are 4 other residents - and so it is quiet, with what feels like exclusive use of the pool! You are part of a small lake village, so yes occasionally dogs bark, or you can hear the clink of glasses as the locals sit down to their dinner in the evening. To sit on the terrace, with 180 degree uninterrupted views of the lake, be it as the sun is coming up in the morning and you start to see the ripple on the water of the lake caused by the lake paddlesteamer or as the sun sets in the evening and the shadows on the hillsides on the other side of the lake make the most beautiful of shapes, Vista Lago is, to us, unique. Add in the pool, the sun terrace around the pool - and there is a terrace off our front door that allows you to sit and watch the kids playing in the pool - truly a piece of paradise for people of all ages.
