Loading and unloading can be done in front of the entrance to the property, located at Via Volta 61.

To reach the city of Como the closest airport is Milan Malpensa.
To reach the Volta Luxury Collection structure by train the closest train station is Como San Giovanni.
To reach the structure by car you can take the A9 Como Centro motorway exit.

Refers to Brunate, the charming hilltop village above Como.

Located on the first floor, the apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a 65" Smart TV. On the lower level, there is a small laundry room, a double bedroom with a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower (without bidet), while the mezzanine includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower (without bidet). The under-stairs area is used as storage with a washer-dryer. The apartment is equipped with a remotely controlled air conditioning system that automatically adjusts the temperature to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. There is also a mechanical ventilation system that maintains optimal indoor air quality by regulating humidity. For the system to function properly, it is recommended to keep the windows closed.
