The layout of the villa is designed for comfort and privacy: the main level includes a kitchen, living room, indoor/outdoor dining areas, WC, laundry room, and BBQ. The upper level features a master ensuite bedroom with a sea-view veranda and an office that can host 2 guests. On the lower level, there are 3 ensuite bedrooms (for 6 guests) with sea-view terraces and a large dormitory-style ensuite room (for 4 guests - children). The ground level offers another living area with a bar, WC, and direct pool access, while a detached guest house includes 2 more ensuite bedrooms.
