The villa is a 200 sq meter building in 3 levels (2 main levels& 1 cozy attic).The Upper level has big terrace and parking area .A small separate shady terrace can host your afternoon coffee or Uzo.At this level there is a main entrance leading to a spacy common area consisting of a living room with fire place , a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.A big veranda door leads to the front veranda , where a comfortable lounge and an outdoor dining table can provide relaxing moments and magnificent bay view and garden and pool view as well.The upper level also consist of a cozy bed room with balcony and windows having the same view to the veg garden of the house.Bed room is fully equipped with romantic antique furniture ,and has all necessary amenities that will make your stay comfortable.A spacey bathroom with a big hot tub is located on the same level.One spiral ladder leads to the Lower level and one straight to the attic.The attic/mezzanine consists of a bedroom with a king size platform solid wood&modern minimal style furniture.A second small space can accommodate a younger family member but is equipped with a single bed.A bathroom with a shower exist in the attic providing guests all necessary amenities.A shady veranda completes the level with a marvelous view to the neighbor forest and the sea of Argolic gulf.The lower level has a main entrance and consist 3 bedrooms each of them having independent balcony doors leading to lower terrace and villas big lawn area.All three bedrooms have different and stylish decoration.Two of the three bedrooms have queen size beds and all necessary furniture and amenities to provide comfortable stay.The third bedroom has a bunk double bed with adult size beds and is ideal for teen agers.A bathroom with a shower is situated on same level and the spiral ladder leading to Upper level and villas living room.
