Villa Stellar

The indoor spaces get articulated over a total area of 240 m2, in an interplay of volume and light. The ground floor consists of: a living room, a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms one of them master en-suite bedroom with walk-in closet, and 1 more bathroom. The large staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms: the master en-suite bedroom with walk-in closet, a second bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen and a spacious living room, equipped with a TV and a fire-play. Free Wi-Fi access is provided in all parts of the villa. All 3 bedrooms on the first level enjoy an excellent sea view. At the ground level, the indoor areas extend to a spacious terrace, all around the property, and one with excellent sea view. Close to the pool there is an independent apartment with a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.

The property hosts several features, all seamlessly integrated around the house:  a pool, green areas with trees and flowers and a BBQ. 

The lower part of the plot presents a more natural aspect, with many trees and other Mediterranean plants. Thus, the villa's privacy is maintained. 

In the surrounding area and a short distance from the villa there are many idyllic sea bays, where one can swim, enjoy the sun and taste local cuisine.
