Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:00. During these times, we ask that all noise levels are kept to a minimum.

Guests and Parties:
You are welcome to invite guests and organise parties, but please ensure that quiet hours are observed.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted indoors. However, you may smoke on the balcony or the patio. Please be mindful of fire safety.

Fire Safety:
Always exercise caution to prevent fire hazards. Dispose of smoking materials properly and ensure any flames are fully extinguished.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be charged via pre-authorisation. This amount will be fully released after your departure, provided there are no damages to the property.

Property Damage:
In the event of any damage to the property or its equipment, you will be charged the cost of repair or replacement.

Respect the Property:
Treat the house as if it were your own. Please respect the natural surroundings and adhere to safety guidelines.

Safety Precautions:
Do not jump from the balcony. Ensure children are supervised at all times.
