_Welcome to Rustic Charm! This brand new 2 bedroom 1 bathroom small villa, is situated in Petriti village and air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-fi, and a free of charge private parking are featured throughout the property. When staying at the Rustic Charm, guests can use the private entrance. The property combines a modern rustic decor with top-end amenities like a luxurious garden jacuzzi spa of six persons,an outdoor pool, a solar powered outdoor shower, a gas bbq, a lounge area with rustic sunbeds, a garden hanging egg chair and an admirable garden surrounded by greenery that all can enjoy!
The front door drives you to an open plan living room-kitchen fully equipped with lots of cabinets and appliances(electric oven with hob, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, fridge with a bottom freezer), utensils(including kids set), a wine cooler and a nespresso bar.
Sitting on the bar dining table or the corner sofa you can enjoy the flat screen TV with streaming services and experience the natural light with the big windows overlooking the jacuzzi.
While the bathroom is a place we seek more privacy, a sleek glass walk in cubicle with a set of two shower heads have been made to help you unwind and styled with exquisite finishing touches like mounted cabinet, led lightning mirror and an extra cabinet for your essentials.
Both master( with one king size bed) and twin bedrooms( with two singles beds), have been designed to emphasise clean lines, a muted colour pallete, and the use of natural materials like wood and metal are the key elements of their design, fostering a sense of calm and serenity. Spacious wardrobes, mirrors, tasteful decorations and art wall are on site.
And last but not least, a small utility area is in the property including a clothes washing machine, clothes drying rack, steam iron with board, hoover, dustbuster and a hair dryer has been made for your services.
Bed linen, towels and personal essential products are offered to every guest.

It has been constructed and designed from scratch, with love and care from Nick, Stela, Maximos and little George, a family of four and the support from their beloved ones.
