Villa Desideria Is a luxury villa in the heart of the amazing hamlet of Praiano half way between Positano and Amalfi, this stunning property is a perfect spot for a luxury and relaxing vacation in the Amalfi Coast. The property is surrounded but a private land made of different level of terraces, each ones offers a marvelous sea view with along the Amalfi Coast and on the horizon is possible admire the Island of Capri with the world wide famous Faraglioni. Each terrace his equipped to offer relaxing moments or organizing al fresco meals. There is a private infinity swimming pool facing the sea (it can be heated by extra costs), it is equipped with sun beds, umbrella and outdoor shower.

The Interiors of Villa Desideria develops in 5 floors of charm and luxury, the entrance leads to a spacious and bright living room equipped with sofas, fire place, flat screen TV, Large French doors opens to the outside equipped terrace with sea view. There is a dining room and fully equipped kitchen will all appliances needed.
The villa features 6 double suites bedroom each with its own bathroom an consists in:
Bedroom 1: king size bed access to private terrace and garden, Sat TV, air conditioning, safe and shower bathroom
Bedroom 2: king size bed, private terrace with sea view, air conditioning, Sat TV, safe and private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3: king size bed, access to the outside equipped living area, bathroom with shower, Sat TV, air conditioning, safe
Bedroom 4: king size bed, garden view from windows, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Sat TV, safe
Bedroom 5: king size bed, private balcony with view, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Sat TV, safe.

The villa has free wifi in each room and the rest of property, with an extra cost guest can access to the laundry room and as well request extra changes of bed and bath linen.

Important information:
Villa Desideria can be rented either for 12 or 16 people thanks to the attic floor which features one double bedroom, a twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower, this is the oldest section of the villa which has not been renewed as the other floors, same as for the restyling, this floor is reachable by an external walking path, a group of over 12 people can use this floor with no extra charge knowing it is less charming than rest of the house.
