Villa Abbondanza is a splendid and luminous three-story villa set into the cliff, sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Abbondanza you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Abbondanza is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the sea, wide private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Praiano, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
You will reach Villa Abbondanza from the parking area going down a short private walkway that cuts through a garden and includes approximately 25 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Abbondanza. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to eight cars.
Villa Abbondanza is tended by two caretakers, who reside in an annex on the premises.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it from the third terrace going down a stairway which consists of approximately 60 steps. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the third terrace going down a stairway which consists of approximately 60 steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.
Main Building, Middle LevelTerrace 3
The third terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and refined, featuring some antique pieces, and include sofas and armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the third terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through five French doors.
Main Building, Bottom LevelTerrace 4
The fourth terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the coastline.

The second living room is paved with handmade tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include sofas, armchairs and masonry benches. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the living room you will be able to enter a long terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through eight French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from a corridor. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a window overlooking the terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from a corridor.
