Entrance is from the main road into the parking spot which has enough space for 2/3 cars. This spacious villa has three levels all interconnected. It has terraces that have outdoor furniture like benches, tables in Vietri ceramics glazed, chairs, beds of scented geraniums, olive, palm and other trees.

Consisting of a main building and a separate annexe, on the lower terrace, there is also an ultra modern swimming pool fully equipped with sun beds and showers. Furthermore the villa has an equipped fitness area.

Spacious dining / sitting room with sofas that can seat up to 12 adults.

Also satellite TV, precious crystal chandelier, crystal table with seating for 6 people and sliding iron shutters opening to the terrace with inbuilt seating.

Furthermore blue and yellow printed tiles, wicker chairs, round marble table seating 4 with an astounding view of the sea.

Dining room with table that can seat up to 14 people, precious crystal chandelier and also fridge stocked with a large selection of the local wine.

It has a door that opens to the kitchen and another door that opens directly to the terrace. This terrace is provided with a round ceramic table with seating for up to 14 people along with wicker chairs and barbecue.

Fully equipped kitchen with 8 gas rings, American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and French window opening directly on to the terrace.

4 stylish double rooms, located in the main building, furnished tastefully with full attention to detail, majolica tiles, bright colors which go perfectly with the stylish furniture and also precious marble setting.

The comfortable, spacious and bright rooms come all equipped with private bathroom with shower; TV, air conditioning / heating and also windows with sea view or private terrace.

The lovely annex consists of two double bedrooms which can be also equipped with two single beds. Possibility of an extra bed on payment. Each of these bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning / heating, large windows and access to the terrace.
