Dieses charmante dreistöckige Strandhaus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Vollbädern bietet mehr als 2.500 Quadratfuß Wohnfläche, zwei Veranden, ein Krähennest und eine praktische Garage für ein Auto.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Frühstückstheke, einen Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Wäschebereich mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Direkt neben dem Wohn- und Esszimmer befindet sich eine große, abgeschirmte Veranda mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien.

Neben den Hauptwohnbereichen im Erdgeschoss gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Master-Suite mit komfortablem Sitzbereich und großzügigem Master-Bad mit großer Gartenwanne, separater verglaster Dusche, Doppelwaschtisch und separatem Toilettenraum. Das komfortable Gästezimmer im Erdgeschoss befindet sich direkt neben dem Foyer und grenzt an ein separates Badezimmer.

Im Obergeschoss finden Sie zwei Gästezimmer und ein Vollbad. Ein paar weitere Schritte führen zum möblierten Krähennest mit Panoramablick auf den wunderschönen Golf von Mexiko. Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale sind 24-Fuß-Decken im Wohn- und Esszimmer, 10-Fuß-Decken in allen anderen Wohnbereichen im Erdgeschoss, Deckenventilatoren, Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage sowie viele Abstellräume.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house Here Comes The Sun was a 10 out of 10 for the 7 of us. Plenty of room for us all. Management staff was wonderful to work with. Nice walking into a house where the HVAC is turned down to 72 for you. Usually walk into a house set a 78 or 80 and have to wait hours for it to cool down. House also came with a brand new 6 seater golf cart. Very nice! We will for sure be back next Summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at "Here Comes the Sun". While it was completely functional, it could benefit from more thorough cleaning and some maintenance. The bed sheets in the master BR were discolored, the kitchen table was very dirty when we arrived and bath towels were very worn (and discolored). Bathroom rugs were also dirty and worn.

We found these areas dirty: the garage, the stove oven, the mirrors with handprints, one of the bed cover, and the blankets in the closet had a bad smell.It also needs a good maintenance and update.

Lots of great amenities! The refrigerator went out while we were there after a thunderstorm, but someone came out the next day to look at it. Although they were not able to fix it, there was an extra fridge in the garage, so we were able to move our food to that fridge with very little hassle. Overall, the property was clean and in good order and we would definitely stay here again.

Comparing we were disappointed,. None of the televisions were working properly but we did have them serviced immediately. The dishwasher was not working, and the bathroom rugs were very dirty. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the size and layout of this home! New flooring, comfortable beds and seating for a large group. That said, we encountered several maintenance issues that created headaches for us while vacationing with family. One of the air conditioners stopped working. Two golf carts were provided but one blew a tire and was in such bad shape, we didn’t drive it. Large ants in the bathroom. Broken garbage disposal. But, the maintenance crew jumped right in and took care of most of these issues promptly. That’s why we rent directly from Aronov. With such heavy use in the summer, we realize these kinds of things are going to happen and would rent this home again.

Here Comes the Sun

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented Bella Vue the past several years, but it was unavailable during the time slot that we needed this year, so we rented Here Comes the Sun, which looked to be comparable in size. We were pleased with the floor plan, but the kitchen stove is in horrible condition. We bring our own food to largely prepare from scratch, and it was tough to use this stove, which has to be the cheapest model available, and it was quite literally falling apart. The "stove vent" does not vent to the outside, and merely recirculates air, which is a disaster when trying to cook a full meal for a large family. The unit was not very clean inside, and was quite filthy outside. The screened porch and furniture were so dirty that we could not sit on them. The screens were in very bad shape with several large holes. The yard crew came by while we were there, and their idea of cleaning the outside is to blow leaves and debris into the air and let it settle back where it was. The outside of the house was in pretty bad shape, with missing shutters and siding at various places. We were very disappointed that The Martinique has not cracked down adequately on "freeloaders" who are too cheap to rent beach chairs and umbrellas, but who drag their stuff onto the beach and set up directly in front of those of us who have paid for chairs and umbrellas. Despite signs saying not to do it, many leave their stuff overnight. Also, they set up on the refuge side, despite signs saying not to. If we are going to pay $380.00 per week for four chairs and two umbrellas, then the Martinique needs to start charging these freeloaders a daily fee to set up their campsites, and to police where they set up, especially cracking down on people setting up tents directly in front of the line of chairs and umbrellas. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would never stay in Here Comes the Sun again. Everything was either broken or falling apart. We had to hand wash dishes for 7-9 people every day. That is the last thing I want to do on vacation, blender was broken, toaster wouldn’t pop up, can opener..you make it, it probably didn’t work!!! The beds were ABSOLUTELY awful! Every single bed was uncomfortable, lumpy, uneven and hard. It felt like they were 10 years + old. There was even a pee stain on the mattress pad when we took our sheets off to leave. Gross! The entire place needs to be updated. I think what ticked me off the MOST was that our house was able to sleep up to 10-12 people and they only let us have two cars parked in the driveway even when it could hold at least three and one in the garage. It was fairly empty and they had plenty of room for us to park down by the tennis courts or office but they are obviously related to someone at this remote parking place that was off site and on top of that was $50 for the week. I was so disappointed with our trip this year (Nov 2022).

The house was the perfect size for our extended family. Perfect weather, perfect location, perfect house! We had one issue with the kitchen faucet sprayer that had a leak. The staff on site tried to fix, and ended up getting a plumber. While it was inconvenient for a day, the staff did everything they could to rectify. Very pleased at how quickly they responded.

Great Thanksgiving Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable visit at Here Comes the Sun. This is our second year to stay in Martinique for Thanksgiving. Great weather, great house, and great service. We had a bit of a problem with the faucet in the kitchen which the maintenance man tried to fix. He was not successful so a plumber was called in to fix the issue. We were inconvenienced somewhat, but the staff made us a nice concession and we were more than pleased.

We have been in several of the properties but have been at Here Comes the Sun for several years now. We have never had a bad experience and the staff has been very attentive to our needs from replacement of a stove eye to replacement of light bulbs etc. We have told friends about the excellence of Martinique.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this house for at least five years and at Martinique for at least ten years. The staff is more than helpful and has been responsive to our every request. A prior unit had a defective cook top eye and it was replaced immediately. Beyond that we can't remember any other problems.
