This stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo, built in 2020, features floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end finishes, and breathtaking city views. The open-concept living space offers plenty of seating, a Smart TV, dining for 8, and a gorgeous kitchen with a large quartz waterfall island and premium appliances making it perfect for gathering and entertaining.

Step out onto the expansive balcony, accessible from multiple bedrooms, and take in sweeping views of Gulf Shores. The unit comfortably sleeps 11 guests with four king suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony access, and a bonus room with twin beds and a trundle, ideal for additional guests.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas, and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to a 7th floor hospitality area with games and space to relax, or watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

Gulf Place amenities are reserved exclusively for registered, paying guests. Outside guests and visitors are not permitted on the property, and all registered guests must wear a Gulf Place wristband.

Lovely accommodation! Clean, decor was so nice. Spacious. I’d stay again! I will say if you’re a light sleeper it’s a very busy corner and lots of noise and traffic. Can’t beat the location though! Water pressure was light in shower and hot water ran out often.

Excellent condo

The home was beautiful just as described on the beach front with the roof top pool. Perfect location in walking distance of everything. Definitely would stay again and I would recommend to others.

Love this place!!

This was our third year staying at Gulf Place. We play in a tennis tournament every year in Gulf Shores and we have stayed at Gulf Place now for the third time. The location is perfect for us and there's easy access to all amenities Gulf Shores has to offer as well as being close to the various Tennis locations where we have to play. Gulf Place is always clean and suits our needs perfectly!! We will be back next year!

The place is beautiful and in a great location with plenty of room. My only suggestion would be to put in taller toilets. When you are taller they are harder to get off. Maybe also put in handicap bars in the bathrooms.

The location is spot on for walking to eveything like restaurants, beach, groceries, ice cream! The condo was perfect for our families. Rooms were rooming with closets, balconys and bathrooms. Kitchen and dining area was perfect size. My rating would have been a 5 but the bedding was stained and dirty, which you could tell hadn't been changed. All the beds had an issue with this. Also they don't supply any extra garbage bags. They also don't have any extras left from other people staying before us. Usually when we stay at a condo we will buy spices or extra tolietries and than leave them in the room for the next person so we dont have to throw it all out. Overall I would stay there again. I feel the condo needs to hire better cleaning service.

Very spacious

We had a group of 11 Adults and 17-18 yr old high schoolers and we had tons of space to spread out. Never felt crowded. Wish there was more soft seating in the living area besides 1couch/sectional &1 chair. We didnt all fit together.

Great Location and Very Spacious

This was my second time staying in Gulf Place. These condos are beautiful, spacious, and located in a great location. I love the view from the balconies rather you're on the beach or the city side. There are many restaurants near by. The rooftop pool and the game room upstairs are amazing! It is next door to the Hangout. I highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This fit our whole family of 8 adults and 2 kids. We loved the big kitchen since we like to do family meals. The location couldn't be better, close to restaurants and shopping and right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

302 was the perfect space for our family vacation! Convenient to eating places and close to the beach! I worried about it being a public beach, but truthfully it was less crowded than the private beaches, plus they had chair rentals! We had the best time!!! 🏖️

Unsatisfied customer

My family and I visited for spring-break.We were asked to leave the pool area while an employee take engagement pictures for 30mins to an hr. Keep in mind there were no signs posted that the pool would be occupied that day between a certain timeframe. So I politely said no because I wasn' t going pull my grandchildren, nieces and nephews out the pool for that. Betsy left and came back to offer us 100.00 gc for the restaurant next-door (which we didn't use). So, about 10 mins later the security guard came and explained that he was asked by Betsy to check our wrist-bands and to make sure we didn't have any glass or open containers. Keep in mind we was at the pool for 2hrs prior. To sum my vacation up I am a dissatisfied customer based on that experience. The condo was very clean and in a good location to stores etc. When I called to express how I felt the only response from they're office was i apologize and also the next day they're was a group of ppl (caucasians) at the pool with a big speaker playing loud music and drinking corona out the bottle which i took pictures and videos..

We are so glad that you enjoyed the property and location. For clarification, the pool was not closed, staff asked all guests to move to one side of the rooftop due to a proposal happening in one area of the patio. For the inconvenience, a gift card was provided to all guests that were present. Security was making his usual rounds when he noticed policy violations, such as no wristbands and glass around the pool which was addressed. Again, we are so glad that the property and location met your expectations.

Perfect stay

Our stay was amazing. Everyone loved this place from my 1 year old daughter to my 90 year old grandmother. It’s spacious and serene but also in the center of the family friendly action. We’d definitely look to stay here again when visiting Gulf Shores.

Great location! Lots of space!

We absolutely loved our stay at Gulf Place. The space was very clean and we had tons of space. The bedrooms/beds are very comfortable and everyone in our party slept well. The building sits right at the main intersection so it is centrally located and within walking distance to shops and food. There were times the traffic and sirens were quite loud which would be my only complaint. Overall we had a blast and would 100% stay here again. Would highly recommend!!
