A design lover's dream, the exceptionally attractive Rue Davioud echoes the refinement of its 16th arrondissement location. Welcoming up to four guests and ideal for couples and families visiting Paris for business or pleasure, this modish home is conveniently just a stone's throw from the Ranelagh Metro station. An area steeped in culture and boasting some of the city's finest restaurants, you can enjoy the very best of the city from Rue Davioud.:
The affluent 16th arrondissement offers an abundance of chic cafés, couture boutiques, and outstanding contemporary dining options, including Le Pré Catelan and Restaurant Alan Geaam. You're just a few minutes walk from the verdant delights of the Bois de Boulogne - beautiful parkland dotted with boating lakes and tranquil enclaves. As well as the Musée Marmottan Monet, which houses a collection of the master’s work. The Wine Museum, with its cavernous wine cellars, is less than a 20-minute stroll toward the Seine through the neighbourhood's cobblestone streets, and a visit culminates in a sommelier-guided wine tasting - santé!
Flooded with natural light and cocooning with honey-hued wooden accents, the splendid Rue Davioud embodies Parisian chic. Period features are integrated seamlessly into a decidedly contemporary space where you can enjoy open-plan living. Sink into the decadently deep white sofa with your favourite tipple, then head to the dreamy marble and blond wood kitchen. Rustle up a meal using fresh ingredients sourced at the nearby La Grande Épicerie, a renowned gourmet food store in Paris loved by local foodies.:
The primary bedroom, with a king-size bed, feels wonderfully romantic with a Juliet balcony and a original fireplace. With generous wardrobe space, there's no reason not to indulge in a spot of retail therapy at the Parisian fashion houses. There is a beautifully presented ensuite with a spacious walk-in waterfall shower. The second bedroom inspires restful nights with its soothing colour palette and an inviting double bed.
