Dear Julia, Thank you for sharing your experience and giving us the opportunity to reflect on your stay. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed using the bikes to explore the charming coastal village. We take any feedback at heart and will always see what we can do to improve. But we do want to notice that we are slightly surprised by your words and want to address those also for future guests to understand things better. The property is indeed located just outside of Zandvoort town, which is visible before the reservation is made. It is for that reason that the owner kindly provides free bikes to facilitate going into town. Alternatively, buses stop nearby at a regular basis. In terms of communication, we can see responses from our team every step of the way. Perhaps not always your desired response, but timely and polite each time. On top of that, the owner herself lives next door and personally welcomed you and offered assistance throughout. The owner confirmed that there was one noise disturbance from a handyman next door one morning, we sincerely apologized for the disturbance, of which the owner was not previously warned by neighbors. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered compensation for the disruption. We are truly saddened that your experience did not meet your expectations. We always aim to deliver the best possible experience to our guests!
