Everything about the property was impeccable. It had everything we needed and more to make our stay that much more comfortable and convenient. The apartment is spotless and located in a central location nearby to most of the attractions as well as public transportation, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a mini market. The host was incredibly accommodating and met us at the apartment. He was very contactable throughout our stay with any issues we hadquestions. We were some of the first to stay at the apartment so we were greeted with chocolates and a bottle which was a lovely touch! The location of the apartment was fantastic and the decor was lovely with fantastic facilities if you were to stay at this apartment self catering. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was very easy to use! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others! Great find!

La Latina was bustling and vibrant, so it was a pleasure to open the balcony doors and hear the sounds of people on the street below. The amenities were top-notch - the coffee machine was a real hit with my partner! Upon arrival, the place was spotless, making it clear that great care is taken to maintain Cava Baja to the highest standard. César was incredibly friendly and responsive, even allowing us to check in a bit earlier than 15:00 since the place was all ready for us. We couldn’t recommend Cava Baja enough, and would definitely stay here again! Thank you 🥰

Die Lage ist perfekt um wirklich alles zu Fuß zu erkunden,so daß man tagsüber auch mal einen Zwischenstopp einlegen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Büro war excellent,so wie vor der Anreise als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes!!!Anfragen,wie die Reservierung einen Taxis, wurden umgehend beantwortet.Anweisung für den Zugang zum Gebäude und Studio sehr verständlich und einfach. Klare Empfehlung!!!

Perfekte Lokation in Madrid

So gut wie alles - die Lage ist genial (Zentral an der U-Bahn, La Latina, zahlreiche Lokale in der Nähe), dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut - man hat alles zum Kochen und zum Bügeln. Es gibt genug Stauraum, das Bett ist sehr bequem, Bettwäsche frisch und sauber, Jalousien auch vorhanden (es wird wirklich dunkel). Aber das Wichtigste ist die Kommunikation mit Hotel - man wird vor der Reise punkto möglicher Abholung am Flughafen kontaktiert (Preis ist fair), es werden zahlreiche Ausflugs- und Lokalhinweise gegeben. Ganz diskret, keine Aufdringlichkeit. Also das ist Klasse 👌 Danke! Wenn wir wieder in Madrid sind, bleiben wir gewiss wieder hier! N&#47A
