Located just a 20-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava, the villa sits on an expansive 4,000 square meter estate, surrounded by lush nature. Whether you’re looking for a tranquil beach holiday, a lively family getaway, or a luxurious golf retreat, this villa caters to every desire.

LAYOUT:



GROUND FLOOR

You access the villa via a sandy pathway crossing the countryside. Automatic gate which opens opens up to an ample covered parking space for 4 or more cars.

When entering the villa you’ll find the entrance hall and the large tastefully decorated living room with two large sitting areas, one of them equipped with a charming French Louis XII style fireplace, declared as French cultural treasure. This adds a touch of historical significance to this already remarkable feature. From the living room you reach an upper open space with a TV/study room.

Open-plan fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining corner and adorned with traditional Catalan hydraulic mosaic tile flooring.

Large dining room for 10 peeople offering panoramic views of the garden. Separate toilet right next to the kitchen in the hallway.

Laundry room next to the kitchen with washing machine, dryer and a second fridge.



On this floor you’ll find 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:

- master bedroom, overlooking the pool, with ensuite bathroom (with shower). From the master bedroom you reach an upper level open space and a second full bathroom (with shower + jacuzzi).

- two more bedrooms, each with a double bed.

- two bedrooms, each with two single beds

- bedroom with one single bed.

- separate bathroom with bath tub.



All bedrooms have silent ceiling fans, except the master which has two standing fans.



The stunning garden boosts a private pool, sun loungers and a covered porche with a lounge area.

DOWNSTAIRS

Going downstairs, you will discover a studio equipped with a double bed with direct access to the garden. The studio also has a bathroom with shower, a toilet and a convenient storage space where you will find tennis rackets and various sports equipment.



SPORTS EQUIPMENT

The villa offers a variety of sport equipment for our guests to enjoy, including: footballs, basketballs, tennis rackets and golf clubs.

Also available is a foosball table.



STRATEGIC LOCATION

Located in the heart of the Costa Brava, between the charming villages of Vidreres, Maçanet de la Selva and Lloret de Mar.

This privileged spot combines the serenity of the countryside with easy access to the lively coastal towns of Blanes, Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar.

A 20min drive will take you to the enchanting “Calas” (creeks) of the Costa Brava such as Cala Canyelles (Lloret), Cala Santa Cristina (Lloret), Cala Treumal (Lloret) or Cala Sant Francesc (Blanes)!



Whether you love golf or fine dining, Can Estrelles has you covered. The prestigious Camiral (PGA Catalunya) golf course is just a 12-minute drive away, and the famous Michelin-starred restaurant Els Tinars is just 15 minutes away.



Don’t forget to visit Blanes (20min drive) and medieval Tossa de Mar (30min), two of the most famous coastal towns on the Costa Brava, offering a marina, a lively promenade, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Inside the villa, you’ll find a booklet with our personal recommendations and hotspots to make the most of your stay!



Girona airport is a 20min drive and Barcelona airport is a 1h drive.
