On this floor there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bath tub). This bedroom has a ceiling fan.



On the first floor you’ll find:

- Bedroom with two single beds (that can be put together) and access to a side terrace with lounge area. This bedroom has a ceiling fan.

- Another bedroom with two single beds (ideal for kids) and access to the same side terrace with lounge area. This bedroom has a ceiling fan.

On the second floor (top floor) you’ll find:

- Double bedroom with access to the roof terrace and stunning sea views. With ensuite bathroom (with shower). This bedrooms has air conditioning.

- Separate open space (without curtains) with a double sofa-bed, ideal for kids.

- Another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) with access to the roof terrace and stunning sea views. This bedrooms has Smart TV and air conditioning.

Private garage for one car. More cars can be parking inside the property on the ramp, or on the street in front of the villa.



You also have access to the private club in the bay with large pool, children pool, tennis court, bar and playground for the kids. Including a remote control for private parking near the beach.



The beautiful beach of Cala Sant Francesc is a 10-min walk or a 2-min drive. You can park your car for free on the private parking near the beach. The sandy beach has water activities, a nice restaurant, showers and life guard.
