Nice and cozy house on the first line of the sea, with swimming pool, garden and private parking. It is located in the center of Blanes, a stone's throw from the port and promenade. Close to multiple shops, bars and restaurants. It has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi throughout the house, air conditioning and heating. It has a barbecue area with table and chairs to enjoy a good meal by the pool. We offer personalized attention, organize excursions, rent bicycles and boats. We have Chef service and private driver.
It is a typical Costa Catalana house, with a nice decoration, fully furnished and equipped. It is very spacious; It has 3 rooms with double beds, 3 rooms with 2 single beds and 1 room with 1 single bed. It has air conditioning, heating and a fireplace in the living room. In the dining room, right next to the kitchen there is a table for 10-11 people.
In the garden there is a relaxation area, with a table and chairs to enjoy a good barbecue by the pool. Just across the street is Blanes beach; perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
The entire house is rented exclusively for our guests. All areas of the house are private and are not shared. Inside the property there is a parking for 2 cars and just in front of the house there are many public parking spaces.

The rental price includes:
- all expenses for water, gas, electricity
- linens and towels
- free Internet
- final cleaning

Mandatory additional expenses, to be paid on arrival:
