Villa Mayeia is composed of two independent buildings—a 3-bedroom villa and a 2-bedroom villa—available for separate or combined rental. Villas share a common entrance and parking area if rented separately.

Please note that a mandatory Climate Crisis Resilience Charge of €15 per night is required by the Greek government for stays between April and October, and will be collected at the property in cash.

Important note: Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor BBQ when weather conditions are suitable.
However, please do not use the BBQ during windy weather or high wind gusts. Sparks and burning embers can be carried by the wind and may create a serious fire risk, particularly during the dry summer months in Crete. Please always check the weather conditions before lighting the BBQ and follow any official fire restrictions that may be in place.
