A clever combination of rustic woods, warm and welcoming heated terracotta floors, and an abundance of floor-to-ceiling patio doors creates a seamless flow throughout. The intelligent yet glamorous design spans two spacious floors, offering a harmonious blend of luxury and the relaxed feel of a country house by the sea.

While the interiors delight with their thoughtful details, the true superstar of this property is the magnificent grounds and the seemingly endless ocean views.

On the ground floor, a farmhouse kitchen with a cozy breakfast nook provides a warm and inviting space for casual meals. The first floor features a partial kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and expansive living, dining, and lounging areas—perfect for gathering, entertaining, and even making music.
