Private paradise with swimming pool and panoramic view of Anduze and the Cévennes!

La Villa Bellevue stands for pure enjoyment.

In southern France in the attractive town of Anduze is our luxury villa with a large pool overlooking the gateway to the Cevennes. In this region hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists can indulge themselves. Doing nothing with an aperitif by the pool is also a worthy alternative.

Our villa is built on a slope and therefore has two ground-floor entrances. The ground floor on the lower floor is the gite. There is no connection between the two living units. The main house is not rented out and we do not live there. The gite has a very spacious private garden and yet within walking distance to the centre of Anduze. The gite has an area of almost 70 m² with private driveway and entrance. It has a living room with beautiful views, a dining area and open kitchen. The cosy terrace surrounded by olive trees has a view of the Cevennes and is ideal for spending the evening.

Ofcourse it is also possible to seek the coolness of the tall pine trees further on in the garden. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom has all the luxuries including a sink, shower and toilet.
An additional bedroom can be booked as an option, it is located in the pool house and only suitable for adults as it is located directly at the pool. The bedroom has a large double bed, its own WiFi, flat-screen TV and a sink. The bathroom and the outdoor kitchen are located right next to the room.
