Imagine waking up to the sunrise over the Mediterranean! On the top floor in the heart of Menton's Old Town, this apartment offers a beautiful view and absolute calm, yet very close to the beach, restaurants, and historical sights. Please note it is for athletes and brave people - 74 steps! The apartment is on the top floor of the building and has superb views over the Mediterranean and the Italian Riviera (the border is 2.5kms from the apartment). It is composed of 2 separate rooms: 1 master bedroom with storage cupboards and an adjoining bathroom; and a kitchen, living and lounge room. Each with a double size bed (140x200cm). The living room area has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed (140x200cm) on request only. Cozy, but having all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay in Menton, it has a kitchen which is fully equipped, with microwave, machine, Nespresso, kettle, washing machine, large refrigerator and all the necessities to eat in the apartment. There is a small shower room with separate toilet. There are various storage options. Whilst there is adequate room for large suitcases, guests should be aware that the 74 steps up to the apartment are a little more challenging with a heavy suitcase! Any festive event is prohibited in this apartment. Please respect the tranquility of the neighbors from 10pm to 7am.
